跟閨蜜們來紅海度假 景色：海景確實不錯 設施：但是酒店設施太老舊 衞生：衞生條件差，不介意的朋友的話，這個酒店性價比也還可以 服務：素質確實有待提高，有好有差吧。比如我們入住的就非常好，但是辦理退房的就非常不耐煩。 食物：這是最讓人不接受的，各種喝的都參水，果汁參水我還能接受，牛奶也是參水到根本沒有奶味，那麼多家庭帶了孩子來大家都很憤怒！

The best Man at the bar.Always Smiling, With greate sence of humor. Kids loves him and adults also! He make the best drinks and beer served by him taste better. Doing the best drinks with love and passion. Always there when we need him helpful and gentle. A real Gentleman

To start with, the hall entrance looked really luxurious, shiny and clean. When we saw our room we were surprised how big and cosy it was. Unfortunately the bathroom was not that spacious and it was not cleaned properly. It was hard to shower inside. The food was delicious and various. The restaurants in the base were good for the price. The staff was friendly if they were tipped of course with some exceptions.

Super the personals and hotel.Everything was very nice. A very beautiful place to relax with good friends. The service and staff are excellent in everything. I recommend visiting this unique place. We will come here to this hotel again...

Best experience ever for a family special thanks to the animation team Mr Nader and Mrs Nour for the joyful time they gave us as adult and for our children the food was also good and fresh and the person in general are really helpful

We came for a day to the hotel and couple of months ago we booked two days as well. We really enjoyed our time at the pools and specially at the slides. The manager of the hotel is friendly and tries to make all guest satisfied at the hotel. I think if there is any problem during the stay at this hotel, you ask about the manager. We felt the reception is less helpful. The food at lunch time was nice and lots of options. We also liked how much fruit was available. Free ice cream was available at certain time which is really nice for the kids and also there are multiple options for snacks. We enjoyed our time so much!
