We spent 4 days in the hotel. We like the food and the grounds, the room was very nice and comfortable. The stuff of the hotel was polite and helpful. I would visit Hurgada and this hitel once again. Our baby girl was very exited of the play grounds and the swimming pools.

This was our first trip to "Oasis," and we hope it won't be the last. Every day spent at the hotel was filled with positivity. The friendliest staff at the pool, in the restaurant, and bars, clean sun loungers, and a beautiful beach – all of this gave us a wonderful vacation. The room seemed spacious and clean. The funny towel figures lifted our spirits every day. Each room has glass bottles with drinking water. There is also a TV in the room, but we didn’t turn it on, so I can’t say anything about it. The beds and pillows are soft and comfortable, and the bed linen is clean. The hotel has two pools: one heated and one cold. The animation team works by the warm pool. A new activity starts every 30 minutes (in the morning: stretching, boccia, darts, water aerobics; in the afternoon: boccia, volleyball, yoga, etc.). Occasionally, interesting activities like step aerobics are held, but it seemed challenging for our level (our family is not very athletic). A pleasant bonus was the kitchen tour. In the evening, there’s always a mini-disco and an evening show. You definitely won’t get bored. We were pleasantly surprised by the sports competitions on Monday, where you could win medals for victories. All the animators were very friendly and interested in our vacation. Special thanks to the best animators: Yvi, Magda, Tanya, Marley, Rock and Sam for their care and entertainment. The hotel has two restaurants, but one was closed for the winter season. The food at the restaurants was quite varied. The themed days were impressive (for example, Eastern cuisine or Arabic cuisine day). You definitely won’t go hungry. Every lunch and dinner featured chicken, beef, fish, and several side dishes. There is also a variety of vegetarian options and a gluten-free table. At breakfast, the chef made excellent pancakes – be sure to pass along our thanks to him! In Madinat, there are several à la carte restaurants, and we visited the Grill restaurant. The food was simply amazing! However, this restaurant is very popular, so you need to book in advance. There’s also a food court by the beach and the pool (the pizza by the pool was outstanding). The beach is located just a 3-minute walk from the hotel. Since we visited during a less popular season, there were plenty of available sun loungers. There was no litter on the beach, and everything felt safe. You can also take a shower after swimming in the sea. Additionally, there are several bocce courts where you can play at any time. Our vacation was wonderful! Thank you to everyone who made it possible! We would love to come back here again and again!

Just had a week holiday in the Jaz makadi oasis resort. What a great hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful and nothing was ever too much hassle. The hotel is spotless with staff always cleaning. Waleed made sure our room had fresh towels every day and left us some great towel animals.. Hanna at the pool bar was the sweetest and went above and beyond each day .. and lastly the animation team , Marley, Rock, Sami, Magda, Tanya and Evie where great company and they where a massive part of our holiday . The energy and vibe from them every day was infectious. All in all we had a fantastic week and would love to return one day . Nicola and Morgan

Another fantastic holiday at Jaz Oasis. The staff are all amazing and attentive. This is our second stay as a family, and they all remember us from the last stay. A special mention for the animation team, every single person is super helpful and make you feel very welcome. I can't remember all the names, but a special mention for Boudy, Barley & Leo who were super attentive when my wife was ill, always checking and offering advice. The whole team made our stay especially special. Awesome animation team!
