Very good experience, food could have been better. Everything else was great.

Food quality is bad and there is a limited variety of cosine. WiFi in rooms is chargeable and disconnected outdoors. The coffee machine is always switched off. The location is far from the city centre and downtown. The staff is friendly. The animation team is good. Rooms are big and comfortable.

Grande chambre mais pas d'ascenseur pour y accéder. Lit trop mou. Nourriture répétitive , manque des couverts pour les desserts. Boisson ok, idéal pour ceux qui aiment boire à volonté . Personnel sympathique. Hôtel trop éloigné de Hurghada. Surévaluation en nombre d'étoiles...je donnerai 3 étoiles

酒店很垃圾，晚上吵**音樂，要放到12點。最垃圾的是我們走的時候從一開始前台態度就很差，退房退了很久然後説我們偷他的衣架，我們住了兩天連衣櫃都沒打開過，我從中國來偷你衣架？而且當面給他們打開行李箱讓他們看，一幅很傲慢的態度，又不看！就是想要我們賠錢，咬死我們偷他衣架！！！

Wel heel leuk opgezet. Niet heel hygiënisch. Niet fijn dat de katten die daar rondlopen en niet geadopteerd mogen worden, want ze zijn zo leuk voor de gasten, Niet verzorgd worden en met vervilte vacht daar rondlopen. Verder veel verkoperspraatjes en tevens ook niet eerlijke antwoorden. Eten was wel oke. Personeel was buiten de verkopers wel heel vriendelijk.

This has been the worst hotel i’ve ever stayed so far! The room was dusty? the bedding dirty and the bathroom smelt of mould and damp. The beds were very low, mattresses and pillow gave us the worst nights sleep every night. The food so bland, dry/over cooked and just plain dire, I didn’t have a proper meal in the whole 5 days I was there. I didn’t realise that this was a smoking hotel and everyone and i mean everyone smokes! The music and pool activities was ok but when you’re tired after a trip and wanna sleep you can’t until 11:00 and that’s as long as the patrons are drunk fighting. The Spa and treatments are nice and the older lady masseuse lovely but the steam room smells of damp. There isn’t really a beach, it’s a strip of natural sand/stone made wider by the sand from the desert which is nothing more than slate and sand which I might add is littered with cigarette bits and cups. The pool tables are so worn and need replacing.

Arrived at the caves hotel this week, we can’t fault the hotel. The rooms are clean and tidy, the staff are friendly and the entertainment is brilliant. Chloe from the entertainment team looked after us every day. Involved us in any activities we wanted to join in and gave us great tips to enjoy the trip to the full. Would highly recommended the caves for a couples holiday and you can make it as busy or relaxing as you want.

Very unique hotel with a sad story behind it The rooms and hotel in general are all meticulously cleaned and the pools are crystal clear. The staff can't do enough for you and a little tip puts a huge smile on their faces The food was very good always plenty of it

Great holiday, super nice and helpful staff, Mostafa was very great man, he has 10/10 service. The view it is amazing. Recommend to visit the Caves Beach Resort. I definitely will be back next year. Nice weather and very nice animation team!

The worst vacation we've ever been on. The reception staff was unfriendly. The room was dirty, dusty. The food was not varied. In ten days we never had a sunbed or umbrella, very few for the hotel's capacity. Outside the hotel - insane prices, in US dollars. The hotel is 25 km from the center of Hurghada. It is located on the shore in the middle of nowhere.Do not go there!

Very nice resort. Rooms are very Flinston times which is very unique. Lots of choices when is coming to food and drinks. The towel guys are very nice and supportive. Animations team is amazing [Kiko is very happy guy and gymnastics in thr water] I do recommend this resort for family and friends

Just on last night at caves hurghada, can honestly say one of best hotels ive been in. Hotel itself really well done it just looks like the flintstones bedrock setting, the rooms are same theme brilliantly done. Food is great sumthing for everybody, choice of 2 soups every lunch and dinner, plenty salad, pasta station, chicken, fish, grill outside doing different things everyday, themed nights not forgetting free restaurants you can book. Beef stew is great had it bout 5 times in fortnight lol, staff all very friendly. If you got something to moan about food wise, thers sumthin rang wi yer heed lol Entertainment wise they're a great bunch from pool parties, beach parties, morning stretches, water polo, aqua aerobics they're on the go all day. Indi n Chloe very attentive and informative always there to ask any questions. The bar staff are amazing from wee smiley Mamoud to Bakr, all a great bunch excellent service. Lifeguard always friendly n always tidying up around pool. Lastly Nadi housekeeping is great, room perfect and always different towel sculptures everyday. What can I say if you don't like this place ur no rite in the heed. We've booked up for nxt year!
