Eagles down Town Zahabia &Beach Resort

首先這其實是一家三星酒店並不是這裏顯示的四星。酒店環境非常糟糕，衞生條件堪憂。房間的地面上全部都是一層浮灰，每天的房間打掃也都只是將床品重新鋪好更換毛巾，甚至連垃圾都沒有到更不用説清理地面。有一次在打掃衞生的時候回來，看到負責打掃衞生的服務員穿着一雙很臟的球鞋直接踩在地毯上。 還有就是酒店裡麪的小超市也非常的糟糕。去超市買sim卡問多少錢全程裝聽不懂英文直接拆開，結果20g的卡25美金，同樣的卡在運營商那裡衹要10美金。並且店員非常喜歡自己動手我的卡放在包裏，直接自己從我的包裏拿，被我喝止住了。在付費的時候也沒有按照實時匯率換算而是自己直接拿計算器算的。並且在付費之後店員又會説英文了，想我們推銷其他東西🙂總之就是一個很沒有章法的地方，不知道是怎麼在這裏評到四星的…

房子是可以的，也有自己的泳池和沙灘，可惜的是沙灘要過條街才能到，不過酒店的位置挺好的，已經去過倆次赫爾格達了。 剛開始出現一點點問題，不過攜程管家立馬就解決了，給攜程管家點贊。 總得來説挺好的，性價比還可以的

When we arrived at this hotel it was been renovated. No main pool open with slides an toilets round both pools renovated. We was disappointed as we had booked this hotel for the slides which didn't open till the day we was leaving. The food wasn't very good for English guests especially children no snack bar with any pizza chips or nuggets so if your fussy eaters this hotel is not for you. Broken furniture round entertainment area.there was only 1 coffee an tea machine and 1 juice machine and 1 toaster that didn't work until last day. We did tell them most days toaster not working but eventually the day we was coming home it was turned up. [he best thing about this hotel was the friendly welcoming staff that couldn't do enough for us as a couple of lady friends.

Very good hotel and the atmosphere is great here, the sun and the sea and also the rooms are quite good and also the animation is very great here and also the bar is on the beach it is very good and I cannot forget Shika the best animation and dancer in the world ❤️

Here now & I have never been to a worse hotel.. It's all inclusive...however you have to pay extra for bottled water, its in your room but would not recommend you drink it as you get extra charges. Never been AI with that. Alcohol is undrinkable Nasty cheap stuff beer warm. I asked for ice no didn't have ice!!. We didn't tip straight away as I believe good service gets you that tip however because we didn't I may aswell be invisible. Room was OK basic being the word very tiny balcony. If you are from England I would say stay away there are far better hotels with far better amenities this one wants you to pay extra for everything even though already paid for all inclusive.

It was our first visit to Egypt and we responsibly choose (selected) this hotel. We rested in Eagles Down Town in the second part of December 2024. The territory of this hotel is not big but it is very cosy, there are a lot of place to rest and relax. This hotel has small aqua park, several swimming pools, bars, cafe, place for party and place for the children’s. I start with room: very nice and comfortable room, the furniture are pretty old but everything are work normally. Our room was equipped with small kitchen with dishes, forks and knives, kettle, refrigerator, tv, sofa more over it has chairs. One king size bad with good mattress and pillows. Good and clean bathroom, our bathroom has shampoo and shower gel. And we had balcony with garden view. caution the floor on the room is cold what’s why I suggest you to take slippers or socks. Cleaning in the room is good and daily. Free WiFi only in the room and lobby, sometimes the WiFi signal was too weak, it was enough for chatting. Speaking about meal I can say that it was different: a lot of fruits (dates, oranges, bananas, guava) and vegetables ( tomatoes, onions, peppers, broccoli, cauliflower, cucumbers and so on) in the morning was fried eggs, omelet, pancakes, potato’s. In dinner were beef barbecue, fried chicken, turkey, salad,fish, rise, potatoes and others. You can choose every thing you want. Of course good coffee and tea. Free alcohol and soda. Cheese and ham not good , they are like paper =) This hotel located not far from the sea , approximately 3-5 minutes. Beach is good with sand. Beautiful coral and there are a lot of different fishes. Nice view and location of this beach. Personnel (staff) is friendly and kind, intelligent and always help you in different situations. They speak English, Russian, German and Arabian. At all times there were great animations and competitions. Especially I want to highlight animation team ( Katya, Milena, Chika, Nura and Misha). Thanks for good vacation, it was incredible. I recommend this hotel!
