No comment on the location as we didn’t check out the town. The room looked just like the pictures and nicely decorated, but unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The soundproofing is absolutely terrible. I couldn’t sleep at all because of a constant flushing noise that started around 10 PM and went on non stop until morning. It was incredibly frustrating and made for a sleepless night. They mentioned it is AC sound but I switched it completely off yet the flushing sound didn’t stop… The bathroom was another major letdown. It had a very unpleasant odor, and the floor looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in ages. There is AI to control the room but not helpful if you can’t read Chinese. Struggled with translator and to be honest it was more cumbersome to have that because that was the only thing controlling the AC and it’s in Chinese. I chose this hotel thinking that a higher price would mean better quality, but despite being one of the more expensive options in the area, it was extremely disappointing. On a more positive note, the service was decent… the staff were friendly and helpful. Also, the breakfast spread was surprisingly good, with a decent variety and well-cooked options. Still, despite the good service and breakfast, I wouldn’t stay here again. A hotel should provide a restful night’s sleep, and this one simply doesn’t. The entire property is in need of refurbishment, especially the soundproofing. Until that’s addressed, I can’t recommend it.

Nice family run friendly place. Great food in the hotel restaurant, both in the evening and breakfast. Would definitely go again. Great shower too.

房間乾淨衞生無異味，床單被套也非常整潔，整體空間也很大，熱水也是充足，不會時冷時熱，停車位充足，地理位置距離恆山遊客中心也就十分鐘路程，非常適合去恆山和懸空寺旅遊的遊客！

榻榻米房間很舒服。大廳經理超級熱情，還送了水果盤，早餐也比較豐富，臨走還送了山西純醋一瓶，真的很好的酒店，如果去恆山一定要去這家酒店🏨。真心推薦

房間很大，也很乾凈，視野也很好，能看見外面的風景  非常方便，酒店前台小姐姐很熱情服務態度很好 性價比很高。給人一種温暖的感覺。強烈推薦這家酒店，無論是商務出行還是旅遊都非常合適。

房間寬敞明亮，佈局温馨、有特色。餐飲方便，訂餐可直接送到房間。前台服務很到位，顧客提出的各種要求，都能盡心盡力幫忙解決。

房間和衞生都很好，服務態度尤其好，前台小姑娘的微笑令人暖心。餐廳的菜式味道很好。早餐也豐盛。有茶和傘。很推薦。

本人很少寫評論，但是我覺得這家酒店真的非常值得推薦房間非常乾淨，床品也很好，很上檔次，躺着也挺舒服的，關鍵是價格挺實惠的，前台小姐姐人也挺好會主動詢問中間是否需要打掃房間，房間還有免費的直飲機，果斷推薦！

房間寬敞明亮沒施齊全，酒店位置宜住宜遊，酒店自帶歺館生活方便，且工作人員真心服務感覺好極了！

環境優美 地理位置段好，交通方便，門口就是停車場🅿️，房間舒適，衞生乾淨，早餐挺好吃，前台也很熱情，免費洗衣機，網絡高速度，入住感覺很好推薦體驗，每次來渾源都是住這兒的。
