WHAT WAS NOT LIKED ABOUT THE PROPERTY: Unhealthy conditions unatonable comfort. 1. Facility needs overall renovations. 2. Toilet flushometer continually flushing(i.e. every 5 to 10 minutes.) 3. Mold and mildew in both assigned bathrooms(i.e. 104 and 101) 4. Bulbs missing from desk lamps. 5. Water from the room directly above leaking into bathroom whenever a shower was taken. 6. Torn bed sheet(at the foot of bed in room 104). 7. Missing iron/board in room 101. 8. Lack of sufficiently appointed towels. 9. Room window poorly installed. Sealant from the original window still visible. Hence, worm crawling on the wall prior to new room assignment. 10. Need for proper signage. During breakfast, I received a phone call. I stepped outside for privacy while speak about business. There was no sign that the door, in the dining area, was not functioning properly and should not have been opened. 11. T.V. in both rooms were not easily connected. 12. The 'TELL TALE OF THE ENTIRE SITUATION': In the corridor, nearest 104, the drop ceiling tiles had been removed. A bucket was catching water............... Can you imagine. Personnel were overly professional and courteous! We were not belligerent. On balance, the personnel were exceptionally responsive to our concerns. Going forward, I would not in good conscious recommend your hotel to anyone, even an enemy.

Staff were really nice, but were a bit overwhelmed. Two rooms for our stay and both had plumbing issues (which were not addressed) and one of the televisions did not work.

If you need stay there you might want think about Well the from people was great. The room were different from pictures. Mold on the shower. Couch was uncomfortable. Elevator was schechy. Breakfast was horrible.

Meh is all I got. Couch is advertised to be a pull out couch, instead it was a trundle bed with no sheets or pillows. When we asked for sheets and pillows we were told they did not have any clean ones to give us. We were a party of five per our booking and we had two set of towels given to us. We requested more and were again told us they had no clean ones. On the second night we asked again for towels and were told we could have two bath towels. We had to purchase our own wash cloths from the Dollar General. Breakfast was a repeat for the most part. No milk but the cereal was out. We had purchase our own milk and kept it in the in room fridge. Pool is drained for repairs and towels are not being cleaned and refreshed, so I guess they are saving a ton of water!

Hotel was good and service was great. Room was clean, but bathroom had stains. Great for the price.

Veron9600 We checked in around 3:30 pm, and there wasn't any towels,washcloth or toilet tissue paper in the bathroom. We went downstairs and the front desk manager said they would bring us some, they never did. We left to go shopping and when we returned they still didn't put any in our room. Rm 217. I went downstairs and got some from the front desk clerk. The hotel has run down since I last stayed there years ago. Poor management, carpet needs cleaning and the ice maker on the floor didn't work.
