Jansen Williams was my consultant and she was absolutely fantastic. I haven’t rented in 15 years and not only did I have a million questions I was in a hurry to get in. She was more than patient with me, answered every question quickly and facilitated a quick move. I looked at a dozen apartments and Jansen was a large reason why I chose Anthem House. Had an excellent stay. I was touring the area and found the location ideal. Plenty of restaurants and things to do. The room was very clean and well decorated.

i would never recommend this place to anyone! if you make a reservation months in advance, don’t expect them to honor it! they cancelled our reservation ONE WEEK before check in after being booked for 3 months. complete joke of an establishment

I’m a traveling health professional and chose this property after touring it about a month before my scheduled move-in date. During the tour, I was shown multiple clean, well-finished units and made clear that I needed a layout conducive to sleeping during the day, as I work graveyard shifts. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, and I was told the unit I would be assigned would match what I was shown. Based on this, I committed to stay here. Unfortunately, the experience since then has been the complete opposite of what was promised. Upon move-in, I was placed in a unit I had never seen. In fact, we hadn’t even toured that side of the complex. The hallways had exposed, unfinished concrete, and the unit itself had raw concrete floors and ceilings—not in a stylish or intentional design sense, but in an incomplete, industrial way. When I raised my concerns, I was told this was “intentional,” but nothing about it appeared artfully or tastefully done. The bottom line is: this is not what I was shown or promised. To make matters worse, I was moved between three different rooms on Saturday, trying to find one that was even remotely “finished.” I typically move in two days early to settle and clean, but I spent my entire weekend just trying to find a suitable space. Once I thought I was finally settled, I learned that the AC wasn’t working. This led to yet another move on Sunday morning. Weekend management acknowledged the chaos and offered a discount as a gesture of goodwill. However, by Monday, weekday management rescinded the offer completely—with no regard for the inconvenience I had endured. And just when I thought it couldn’t get any worse, I returned from work Monday to find that the WiFi was down. This entire experience has been a nightmare. Either the staff are knowingly dishonest or are operating in complete disorganization—either way, it’s at the customer’s expense. I do not respect a company that markets one product, then delivers something entirely different once you’re locked in. It feels like they’re just trying to capitalize on every inch of unfinished space, regardless of what they’ve promised. If you’re a traveling professional or someone who values transparency, comfort, and professionalism—look elsewhere.

The property was amazing! From the finishes, to the comfort, to the appliances, bed, shower, and feel. Everything was great! But before you get inside the room, security was tops. A personalized security code of 7 digits is assigned to get in the building, on the elevator and into the room. If you don't belong, you will not get in! The location is unparalleled. Walk to restaurants and entertainment and shopping, literally. It is also only minutes from the Research Park, Bridgestreet Mall and the Redstone Arsenal. It is also convenient for an early morning run or walk in the surrounding area.
