This B&B is everything you think of and more for a bed and breakfast situated in the mountains of Utah! I cannot say enough about how lovely my stay has been. I stayed for 3 nights in the Nelson room and would highly recommend as this bedroom is off a bit from the others and has lots of space for us skiers to unpack our gear. A couple things that stand out about the room: - The bed is incredible comfortable with soft, cozy, fresh sheets - Sauna in the room for after your day on the slopes or just relaxing - Beautiful claw foot tub for soaking - Fireplace to dry all your gear - Extra heater for those that like the room a bit warmer at night Overall the stay was so much more than the accommodation though. Rachel is an excellent chef and more specifically an excellent vegan chef! I told her a few days before my stay my dietary restrictions and she accommodated with no issues and went above and beyond. I ate like a vegan queen! She had a huge breakfast ready for me before I went skiing and even prepared apres ski. All meals were incredibly delicious, I had vegan French toast, tempeh bacon, jackfruit tacos, potato hash with vegan sausage, fresh fruit, green juices, avocado toast on fresh sourdough bread.... She had even left a few vegan snacks/meals in my fridge for me in case I got hungry. I can not recommend this BnB enough. I will most definitely be returning! Also Snowbasin is an incredible mountain for those looking for some more advanced terrain and only about 15 min from the inn. All in all, a wonderful stay!

The Valley House Inn is a gem in the beautiful Ogden Valley. Your hostess and proprietress is Rachel -- and her care and attention to detail at the beautiful historic Inn will knock your socks off. We were there for a romantic anniversary getaway and it was by far one of our most enjoyable experiences ever. From the moment we arrived and were greeted warmly, to the moment we departed, everything was stellar. If you have the chance to stay at the Valley House Inn in Huntsville, UT, we strongly recommend that you confirm your reservation and pack your bags. You can't miss with the Valley House Inn and Rachel as your hostess.

Valley Inn is a historic lovely house that Rachel has made very comfortable for guests. we checked in about five, relaxed in the common living area between the bedrooms upstairs with beer and a game of dominoes! Rachel even had chilled glasses in the fridge ! We went across the street to eat at the shooting star saloon, amazing hamburgers! Each room is different, with it’s own vibe. My favorite was Log Haven! Breakfast was made of organic fruit and eggs, and Rachel is very accommodating to our different dietary needs. Our visit was based around skiing Snow Basin. Which was awesome despite mostly manufactured snow on January 14, 2021. Rachel has a lot of return customers, and I can see why! Because we will be back!

This is the BEST bed and breakfast I have been to in Utah. I have had many bad experiences at many locations in the region but this is the first one I’ve left saying that I’ll be back. Location was awesome, decor and character was amazing, and the hostess/owner was accommodating, friendly, and gracious. She knows the area and has excellent recommendations for food and events. Fresh cookies at night, warm fireplace, and a three course breakfast with an option to have it delivered to your room. Well worth every cent!

Writing this as a warning for everyone else. I booked a stay at the Valley House Inn back in March for June 27-30th. We arrived today and there was no one at the location. I texted/called Rachel, no response, and the website is no longer active..weird. We waited around town for an hour and drove to Atomic Chalet to ask if they had any info. Learned from the owner Wes that the house is pending sale and we are not the first people to come searching for other accommodations due to Rachel’s lack of communication. There was no call or email to give notice for cancellation. There is an active AirBnB for this location, there are still several positive reviews out there that are fairly recent but be warned, do not book!

I was able to go on a art trip to Valley House Inn of Utah with my husband over the weekend. If you haven’t been there before, I highly recommend going there for a stay! The Inn was a few minutes from Pine View. We stayed in their Log Haven room and it has a super cool, realistic galaxy star scape on the ceiling. The property was beautiful and spacious. They are starting a new catering business and we were able to stay there the night they introduced their 5 course dining. It was amazing! All the girls got rose bouquets and each meal was locally sourced and organic. Breakfast in the morning was 2 courses and I got some of the best french toast I have ever had. Anyways, it was super amazing. If you have a special occasion coming up, and want to feel pampered, I highly recommend you go there 😊✨

What a lovely home! We stayed for 4 nights and everything exceeded our expectations. Our room was romantic with a stand alone jetted tub. The breakfast was wonderful and we had it on our private balcony. The hostess made us feel special with champagne and cheese and crackers and chocolates. Many of the products were local (honey and cheese and soaps). We had a quiet relaxing visit and definitely plan to visit again.

I booked 2 nights at the Valley House Inn Hotel and extended it to 4 as i was lucky a cancelation came in allowing me to extend my stay. I was solo and my purpose was using my Ikon Pass at SnowBasin. This is great place to make your home base. The neighborhood was like something out of movie. I travel often, about once a month, and never had an owner, Rachel, so caring, attentive, high end top tier customer service, and was the all star MVP concierge on all areas. Rachel, is passionate about ensuring her guests are happy. She is authentic and caters to your guests. Example - she picked me up after skiing, showed the general area, the stunning valley, and gave me an overview of the city and joined me for dinner in Ogden. I enjoyed all the conversation and quality time getting to know how much work is involved with running a tight ship BNB. Her primary employee, employee, Amanda, was cut from the same cloth. The breakfasts were delicious and generous portions, the rooms with the themes were all clean and inviting. I would like to return to this place in the summer. I also liked how you walk across the street the the famous Salon with 1200 google reviews and the BBQ restaurant. A must is long walks in the neighborhood and excursions to the hills, and Ogden for a little city life but back to the fairytale land of Huntsville. Thank you for Rachel for all that you do

Rachel treated us like family throughout our stay, being very welcoming in every way! She was very responsive leading up to and throughout our visit. The breakfast was incredible, above and beyond outstanding!

Perfection… a small group of 7 we were skiing Snowbasin. Looking for a nice place to stay for a MLK weekend. Eureka. We found it. The Innkeeper was more than we could have asked for. Superior level of hospitality. Great nights sleep, Delicious breakfast, spot on Apres Ski meal. We are all looking forward to returning. The special touches were a special treat.
