1) Location: Excellent, just opposite West Lake's 东门 with food street, eateries, bus stops, train station etc. just few minutes walking distance. Very easy to enjoy the most of West Lake (day and night view). 2) Cleanliness: Excellent. Extremely pleased with housekeeping for the room. Did a great job in assuring us of the level of hygiene, making the stay a pleasant and comfortable one. 3) Service: Excellent. Pleasantly surprised with receptionist granting us a very early check-in, and fantastic housekeeper that put in efforts in preparing our room that makes arrangements easier for us. Hotel also provides very nice complimentary coffee and tea (variety available) at reception area. 4) Room: Excellent. Big, nice, spacious, well maintained and comfortable with view of Westlake. Nice, super big bed with very comfortable bedding and memory pillows. So comfortable that we're tempted to buy the hotel pillows for home use. 5) Parking: Free parking for hotel guests. Just need to inform reception before leaving to waive the parking fees. However, very limited lots available and very tight with many cars parked within limited space. A bit challenging to manage. There is 15 mins grace for drop off/pick-up of hotel guests at reception. 6) Facilities: Relatively old but in good, well maintained condition. Well-equipped with all sorts of facilities needed by typical hotel guests e.g. gym, restaurants, nice roof top bar etc. Anti-mosquito efforts at reception area can be improved to ward off the many mosquitos from West Lake area.

Satisfied with my stay and would stay again. Location: Good location across the road from the west lake. Also within 15 mins walk of lively bar area with nightclubs, Commune bar, etc. Cleanliness: Bathroom was spotlessly clean and the room was also clean. There was a slight smell when entering the room (perhaps smoker in another room coming from the vent) but this wasn't noticeable after a few minutes. Comfort: Queen bed was comfortable and big enough for 5ft10in person. Bathroom had all necessary toiletries, plenty of hot water, and no silly glass wall, so adequately private. Check-in: Very easy as a foreigner. Quick photo of the passport then got my room key.

Very good location. Walking distant to many main attractions, shopping areas and restaurants.

The room was spacious and located right opposite to west lake. We ordered the family room, with 2 king beds. Recommend to also purchase the breakfast, as it is comprehensive and value for the money. If you visit huicheng district of huizhou then it is a preferred hotel to stay at.

Great short stay. Conveniently located and right accross the beautiful lake. Walking distance to shops, restaurant, bars and convenient store 7-11. Beautiful view of the lake from room. Lovely chinese/western breakfast. Staffs were helpful and attentive. Great value for money. Would definitely recommend to everyone.

Receptions was superbly efficient, friendly & able to answer our questions promptly. Rooms were very clean. Highly recommended.

Very Good location just across west lake. Hotel also very kind to let us check in early when we reach hotel early the morning around 8+ am. The bed is super big and comfortable. Love this hotel even we didn’t get to try their breakfast but overall is Good.

Location is very good as close to shops and scenic spot. Rooms have nice view of the famous West Lake. Clean and spacious. Value for money.

Room size is OK. Beds are good enough. Across westlake. Lobby has good coffee and tea refreshments. Abut small for lobby

It is a very nice hotel, very near to west lake, just infront of the west lake east door (dongdamen), it is also beside the walking street of Huizhou commercial pedestrian street, a lot of shopping. The room is big, renovation also new, it was an old hotel took over by a new company. Buffet Breakfast is very nice too. Lobby got free coffee and tea everytime welcome us back.

Lovely place to stay will come back again, Great service and location close to shops, train station , opposite to the lake!

Very bad central air conditioning, the weather is hot and preset warm Aircon which hardly to sleep well. Very bad experience we never attempted previously
