I recently stayed at Hue Serene Palace, and unfortunately, it didn’t quite live up to my expectations. The hotel is older, and while it was relatively clean, it felt quite dated. The decor and facilities are clearly showing their age, and it’s not as modern or fresh as the photos online might suggest. The rooms were tidy, but the overall atmosphere was not what I expected based on the pictures. If you're looking for something sleek and new, this might not be the place for you. Another downside was the limited breakfast. The selection was quite basic and lacked variety, which was disappointing if you're hoping for a more substantial meal to start the day. On the positive side, the location is convenient and the staff were friendly and tried their best to assist. However, the hotel could use a major refresh to match the online photos and provide a better experience for guests.

A really lovely and beautiful hotel! The interior decoration is so beautiful! It is in a great location close to every thing and the hotel staff were very friendly! There is room to park your moped at the front and the breakfast was very nice! The room was clean and the internet worked well! It was quiet at night and I slept very well! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Một trải nghiệm trên cả tuyệt vời ạ. Phòng ốc rất sạch sẽ, đầy đủ tiện nghi, vị trí gần trung tâm. Các Anh/Chị nhân viên thì dễ thương, chu đáo, nhiệt tình, hỗ trợ tận tâm mọi vấn đề luôn ạ. Các dịch vụ đi kèm cũng đều rất tốt nữa ạ. Cảm ơn Huế Serene Palace Hotel đã cho mình một kỳ nghỉ với một trải nghiệm 100/10 tuyệt vời đến vậy ạ, chắc chắn lần sau đến Huế mình sẽ lại đến nơi này ❤️🥰

We loved this hotel. The staff are super friendly, excellent welcome by the lobby staff and terrific recommendations for activities including the boat trip to see the pagoda and the bus tour to Hoi An after our 2 days in Hue. The room was nice, the breakfast (included in price) was really good. I definitely recommend this hotel. We also really liked Nook, a restaurant recommendation.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at the Hue Serene Palace Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive. The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, and I loved the peaceful atmosphere of the hotel despite its central location. The hotel is in a great spot – close to restaurants, shops, and the river, making it super easy to explore Hue. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of both local and Western options. What really stood out was the exceptional customer service – every staff member went above and beyond to make me feel at home. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Hue. I would definitely stay here again!

Thank you! for looking after this old lady so well. Nothing was a problem even when due to age I got flustered. The breakfast was varied and plentiful and my room was clean and comfortable. My stay was short but sweet. Thank you all for a wonderful stay.

A fantastic hotel. The staff were amazingly welcoming, helpful and efficient. The roof top bar was great to sit to watch the sun go down. The pool was extremely relaxing to sit around. The hotel decor was very lovely. The location was really convenient and the breakfast was superb. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable and the bathroom was lovely. All in all a superb stay.

Centrally located near the walking street area. Just a 15 minute walk to the market. Quiet. Located down a side street that had many restaurants and services. A good breakfast was also a plus. One of the few places we stayed that did not have a pool.

This hotel was top notch. The staff were all amazing, especially Sarah who went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of with everything we needed and terrific recommendations for activities, and is such a lovely person. We really enjoyed getting to know her. The rooms are very spacious, and the beds super comfortable. Breakfast was included and great. They arranged private drivers for tours for us and gave great restaurant recommendations. Would definitely recommend Serene!

We had such a great time in Hue, with thanks to Sarah and the rest of the staff at the hotel! They helped us a lot with organizing tours in the area at great prices, and they were always very attentive. Location was perfect in a back alley near the walking street. We will recommend this to anyone going to Hue.
