Good access to main tourist spots and restaurants, bars. However, might be inconvenient for people who have sleep difficulty as it’s surrounded by late night clubs and noise can be heard inside the room. Earplugs are provided and I personally had no issue, though. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Nice breakfast buffet with a variety of options

Great location near a lot of amazing restaurants and bars. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast quality was also decent. There was a brown spot near the bathtub which was a bit unsightly, but overall the cleaniness was alright. Bedsheets and everything was clean. Toilet was also spacious

Хороший сервис в отличном отеле. Наш номер выходил на шумную улицу, поэтому мы попросили поменять наш номер на другую сторону, персонал сделал это очень быстро и без лишних вопросов и даже дали номер классом выше. В номере все отлично, хороший интернет, мягкая кровать. Завтрак в отеле просто супер, еда на любой вкус.

What can I say... Fantastic friendly service, lovely room and great food. The pizza at the restaurant was great. The hotel is in a prime location surrounded by bars and restaurants and has very fast wifi. The staff are great and can't do enough.

The staff are excellent. They were attentive, kind and quick to respond. We traveled with our two teens and they were also treated very well. The breakfast was delicious, especially the fresh omelet station. We enjoyed the pool although it was a about cold, it is winter afterall. My wife found the bed very comfortable while I found it a bit firm. Would stay again.

It is a nice hotel situated right in the middle of the walking street in Hue. Staff are very friendly and were interested in what we were doing each day. The breakfast is very nice and the pool area is also good. I would stay here again. The room was alright, but had a very high bath and a low shower head so we upgraded to a room with a shower instead. The staff arranged this quickly and without a problem.

Beautiful rooms, awesome service from the staff and great location! Highly recommended this hotel if you want great shopping area!. Staff even leant us here personal umbrella as we were a group of 6 and were short one. Also a very safe and secured area , even though it’s seemed like it was a loud area they provided ear plugs but we never needed them and slept excellent.. they thought of everything to make our stay comfortable.

Great little hotel, very central and close to some fab restaurants and facilities! Madam Thu round the corner is delish! It was a very quick visit to see some sights before heading home so didn’t get to use many of the facilities offered by the hotel, but the room was fine, beds comfy and the water pressure was amazing in the shower (long hair girls will understand!) My only negatives is that the air con isn’t amazing in the rooms and the lift is very hot! But that’s the only Bad thing I have to say!! Staff were very kind and helpful especially Pear and lenna from the reception team, who saved me from being ripped off!! I saw the pool but sadly didn’t get to jump in it which would have been a treat in the heat after a day or visiting the sites!! It’s fairly buzzy at night but I didn’t hear any noise on the 6th floor.

Nice hotel and we thought it was the perfect location. Pear and Lenna was kind and very helpful with recommendations. Good vibes on street and good food very close by. Breakfast was good and it was nice with a pool. Not many sunbeds, but it worked out fine.
