Amazing hotel with wonderful staff. Welcome drink and snack on arrival. Very clean with great facilities. Shuttle bus operates to get you into the city.

Really nice hotel for some relaxation . Beautiful swimming pool and amazing breakfast. Very helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommend if you are visiting Hue. The location is a bit far from the imperial city but very easy to get a grab

Nice resort with a free 30 minute massage which was great. A bit out of the way from any night life but a great little resort

I mostly enjoyed my stay at Pilgrimage Hotel Resort Hue. The staff were professional, friendly and always on the lookout for visitors' comfort. Before we checked out, they asked for our flight details so they could offer us airport drop-off and even got someone to prepare a cart in front of our villa to push the luggage to the car! Junrei restaurant, albeit slightly pricey for Vietnam, served up delicious Viet cousine and offered pristine service with on-point service. The rustic and natural atmosphere and environs made the stay very relaxing and serene as well, a very well spent 3d2n at the Resort, would definitely recommend it to others!

Very nice Hotel. Located a little bit outside of Hue, 15 Minutes by Taxi/Shuttle to the City Center, it is surrounded by green forests. The hotel offers swimming pools, bar, restaurant, spa facilities, gardens, Yoga and TaiChi Class every morning and so on. We stayed six nights and had a really nice 50m2 bungalow-room with a nice balcony, desk and very comfortable bed. The staff is exceptional friendly and attentive. They helped us with everything, very good service. Breakfast offers a lot of western and Vietnamese specialties with some variety every day and was very good. We felt very welcome and want to come back one day.

I would definitely recommend it for those looking for relaxing and peace. The room was very comfortable and large enough. The food and breakfast were also good enough.

- This Resort, which I found while looking for a hot water pool in Hoi An, is a boutique resort with a decent size, good management, and good service. - You can use the public swimming pool, but you can also use the upgraded heated pool for an additional fee. - When you check in, you get a welcome tea, and you get a dessert mixed with banana and tapiocapo. - You can take a bath in the bathtub with a view of the river in the bathroom - As a welcome, there were sesame snacks like traditional snacks. - Not expensive for room service - There are a total of five types of aroma oil that can be used for massage. - When it was over, they served hot tea and dragon fruits. - Tour the private garden

The hotel was very good but it is a little far away from Hue. If you don’t mind, this will be your hotel

Located in a quiet area the hotel is splendid and facilities all you could expect.

The welcome we received was excellent seated while our host checked us in we were provided with; a refreshing iced tea drink, a banana tapioca pudding, delicious who knew, and a cooling face towel with lemongrass or eucalyptus, I’m not sure! We were talked through the resort whilst being shown the map and then walked to our room. Our room was clean, tidy and had a good selection of bath salts, shower gel and hair products and the lemongrass oil diffuser lit upon our request. I personally feel the room was a little tired and dated but it was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, great choices of Western and Asian cuisines and all very fresh. We unfortunately did not have time to use the spa other than a quick shower before heading to the airport or the pool area. Both looked welcoming, maintained & relaxing.
