It was one of my best vacations so far. My family was relaxed and enjoyed a lot during the stay. We booked the family villa and had our own private onsen. Villa was clean and tidy, staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. But take note that other facilities like mud bath and public onsen come with charges which confused me at first. Otherwise, everything else is good. I have to give an additional star for the after service. My mom forgot her jewelry after we leave, and we managed to contact the receptionist and return the jewelry back to my mom. Thanks a lot, and we will definitely come back next time

Khu nghỉ tốt, vị trí hơi xa trung tâm nhưng có onsen tuyệt vời để nghỉ dưỡng. Kể cả trời nóng tắm khoáng vẫn rất thích! Sẽ còn quay lại.

Nhìn khách bên ngoài thì khách sạn rất đẹp nhưng khi book phòng như trên mô tả là view nhìn ra hồ nhưng là nhìn lên máy nhà.Muỗi rất nhiều.Dép đi trong phòng k có.

十分新，乾淨，服務一流，設施很好。 唯一缺點是離市區很遠，外出找車好麻煩。 不過注意溫泉是沒有包的，要到溫泉大樓額外付費

Tôi ở 3 đêm, không may vào đúng dịp lễ nên ks quá tải, phục vụ còn nhiều thiếu sót. Tuy nhiên đến ngày check out thì mọi thứ hoàn hảo, ks vắng và mọi dv đều được nhân viên hướng dẫn và phục vụ tận tình khi trải nghiệm các dv.

We arrived at the town of Hue and stay at Kobi Onsen Resort for 2 nights. We went to the spa and had a good massage. I went fora hot stone therapy massage while my wife went for a facial massage. Got 30% for hotel guest. Cozy and good ambience room. Massage was good.

We enjoyed our one night here. What an amazing japanese ambience in Hue. Garden is huge and beautiful. My family enjoyed the very relaxing onsen and delicious breakfast. Thank you very much for the very accommodating staff. Definitely we will come back.

If you travel in Vietnam, do yourself a favour and treat yourself with a couple of days in this resort! The staff is amazing and runs for you. The hotel is superclean and so nice! The Spa is outstanding, with 4 (!) different sauna’s, mudbaths, private pools, etc. Massages were given by skilled professionals. Breakfast is extensive, with loads of choices of continental, Japanese (sushi for breakfast, yay!) and Vietnamese. Though it was off season, we really felt like a king and queen here. Recommend 15/10!!
