I would not recommend to stay in this hotel. The service was terrible. Not warmed-welcome for tourists specially for foreigners. I did book successfully on Agoda and get the confirmation for my booking but when I arrived to do check-in the host said no room available and she didnt know who should I contact with. Just say "No, cant help" very rude to us. We traveled a long way and couldn't find a room to stay. There is no connection between OYO 1117 Ngoc Lan with Agoda, and also with the guest. And I'm stuck at the middle of the city. Very disappointed for the experience with OYO 1117. And I upset with this hotel brand chain for being unkind, irresponsible with guests.
