The condo offers access to amazing on-site amenities such as a heated pool, game room, fitness center and close proximity to white sandy beaches and attractions. Wake up with a cup of coffee in the morning and relax at the end of the day enjoying your private waterfront balcony overlooking the the spectacular view over the Gulf of Mexico. Our property has a maximum stay of 30 days. Our HOA does require our guests to sign a document with information about the property and return it to the office 3 days before their check in date. Beautiful Getaway!!!
Very nice, just as pictured. All amenities one needs to enjoy an amazing time away.

Awesome place
The condo was small but very clean and tidy. It was exactly what I was looking for since it was just 2 of us. We saw Manatee and dolphins right outside in the lagoon. Ate at Sam's Beach bar. Had breakfast at the Tin Can cafe right down the road. Walmart is not far away either. Kitchen has all the necessities. Overall a great place. If you are looking for a sandy beach this isn't it. There are beaches not too far away. Weeki Waachee is also not far away and beautiful. Again I will say this condo was spotlessly clean! Bed was comfy also.

Clean, comfortable apartment
My husband and I enjoyed staying at this property. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was great with several good restaurant choices within just a few minutes. The view from the apartment was amazing. We could see dolphins swimming in the cove and enjoyed watching the fishing boats. The owners communicated extremely well, and we had no trouble getting through security and into the apartment! We will be back the next time we are in town visiting my sister!
