Best Western Plus Milford Hotel anmeldelser

I got a WhatsApp message from the hotel requesting my bank details. I swapped my booking for 1 day .This is caused complications but I m not sure if it is a scam.

Everything was fine except the Restaurant had all bad reviews so we went to Macdonald's at Pontefract for dinner. Our room was cold because the Aircon/heating didn't work although we could hear a fan running all night. The duvet was thin, so I was kept awake by the cold. Wouldn't stay longer than a day. Glad to leave.

The staff were so very nice, nothing was too much trouble, we arrived with two small dogs and they were treated like royalty, Kim and Maria behind reception and also Maria who served us in the buffet were so nice and even though Maria was off duty (from the buffet in the morning)that evening she helped Kim out when I had a problem with the tv, and they sorted a new one out straight away.   We fully intend to use the hotel again next time we are traveling that way. The hotel have exceptional great staff

The hotel is a bit in the middle of nowhere, and when I stayed they weren’t serving food. This meant a bit of a trek to find somewhere to eat. The hotel itself was ok, clean and comfortable within any frills. There was a shortage of staff, with one fella working both reception and the bar, but I must say he was very helpful and professional. Good value for money and would stay there again

No opening windows and aircon was not working so the room was like a sauna! Also no grass area for dogs to toilet and right on the side of a dual carriageway - do not recommend if you have dogs with you

Was really comfy beds shower was good had coffe and tea also.
