Staymaker Shri Shakti Residency

The stay at shakti reseidency was horrible no room cleaning was done the beds over there it was not proper i would suggest anyone not to opt for shakti residency even if you are in situation of staying on the road

I recently stayed at the property booked via makemytrip. While the location was convenient, the overall experience was just average. The amenities and services were decent but could be improved for better guest satisfaction. Rooms were clean but lacked some expected comforts. Hope the management makes improvements in the future

Pleasant stay, no disturbance and polite communication from the staff. The stay is nearby railway station.

Air conditioners was shown in the photos and it was listed under basic amenities but here we have been asked to pay 1000 rs more for ac rooms. Any way we got 2 non ac rooms out of which one's washrooms was not clean so they had to shift us into another room. And this was happening at 2am midnight as we were travel-ling and we just wanted take a halt at night. I also attached price board in photos

Very dirty hotel old smelly used bedsheet, and very dirty toilet as worst as municipality toilet.

It was pleasant that for 6hr i had to take 2 days we understand 12 pm check out. But hotel actually allows 24hrs ok for 12 to 12 check out direct walk in gives 24 hrs check out
