I had a very comfortable stay at this hotel! The room was lovely, with many motifs of Huangshan's ancient villages and Mount Huangshan. The receptionist was very kind and tried to communicate with me using a translator, even though I only speak a little Chinese. I was also very pleased with their consideration. I can definitely recommend staying here again based on this experience.

The hotel was alright, overall okay place, but there are some quirks. For example we asked for a non-smoking room, and received a smoking one, we didn’t want to complain so we just stayed there. There are also carpets everywhere (in the rooms, in the corridors, in the eating halls) and they are seemingly in need of some deep cleaning. There was also mold or some kind of water damage on the ceiling of the entry in our room. Breakfast was really good and varied though. It was okay for the 3 nights we stayed, but probably wouldn’t rebook.

I have great time staying in this hotel, definitely will stay in this hotel again if I visit Huang Shan.

Beautiful hotel. Loved the room especially jacuzzi after a long day of hiking. Reasonable price and great view of the river.

Friendly helpfull staff! Only smoking rooms, with asthma it was hard to breathe

The hotel is near the Tunxi Old Street, just need to take a quick 2-5 min ride. Rooms are generally clean and well maintained, with comfy beds. The staff are also very accomodating despite the language barrier.

Formerly a very well equipped Hotel with mich Marmor tiling, etc. today some of the services are deprecated, food is below average!

This hotel is simply put: amazing. From when greeted, you are welcomed with a smile. The receptionist when I arrived checked for my details and saw that I had booked another night in a hotel but in a different room, so he kindly upgraded my room to the one I booked for the first night. This also didn’t come from me asking, it was his willingness and kindness to do so. The Queen room was beautiful, it was my last big weekend in China, therefore I had to treat myself like a King, fitting to its royalty standards the room definitely made someone’s stay as comfortable and welcoming as possible. The service was exceptional, the breakfast included, hearty and plenty of options to cater to different types of food needs. Ideal location in the Tunxi district. What more can I say? When visiting Huangshan again, I will stay in this hotel and no look no further

One of the rooms have brown water coming from the shower. The closet light from one room gave me an electric shock. The location is convenient, close to the Tunxi ancient street.

The hotel is very convenient. The atendee was Yanzhi Zhou.

This was a beautiful hotel that was situated not far from the old walking streets. The room was really good with an excellent bed and it really did feel first class. I would highly recommend this hotel and it was excellent value for money.
