The hotel maintained a high standard of cleanliness, and to my pleasant surprise, I was upgraded to a more spacious room.

When we entered the room, there were some dusty things on the floor. But still fine. The room is large, quite (good for relax). The location is convenient. 400 ntd for breakfast.

The room is good size . Good quality shampoo and shower gel, tooth kit, razor and more. Good pressure in the shower.

It's ok, bed is big. Clean. Breakfast ok

Not too bad room facilities, much more breakfast options provide for the clients.

My family and I stayed at this hotel for two nights. We are from India and we highly recommend this hotel for family stays. Their breakfast is good and the services are excellent. They also have a small gym. The staff was very helpful in booking a taxi for us to explore Hualien for a day. Overall, we are pleased and satisfied with our stay.

Rooms were dusty and old, breakfast spread is alright, staff at reception seemed slightly reluctant to help check on train services as we encountered the Hualien earthquake on the 3rd of April. The plus side was that the rooms are quite roomy and the reception area can house many guests who might need to wait around before or after check in.

Location - Hotel was a bit far from the train station (as expected) but also a short walk to nearby bus stations (not expected) about 7-10 mins depending on which bus you took to get to the bus/train station. Room - There are three separate buildings you can live in. I was in building 3 and my room looked a little old. The air con wasn't working, I had to turn it off because the heat button didn't work at all. The bathroom tub/shower area had some mold spots but otherwise it was clean. Bedding and linens were soft and clean. Lightening was very bad, basically only 4 tiny overhead lights and 1 desk lamp. Amenities - mini fridge was handy, so was the kettle. Service - staff was nice and helpful at checkin / checkout. Overall I'm surprised it's a Ramada. I don't think I would stay again but for the price it is acceptable for a night.

Great experience. Room is clean. Bicycle is free to rent and great way to explore the city.

The best hotel I have stay from my 5th visit to Taiwan. Big space and window facing the mountain… super super nice and hotel smell great. Can take a taxi from this hotel to dongmen night market for about NT$150

Not bad, quite nice hotel with big space clean room. Only downside is the toilet was a bit old and ulu location. The front desk can help you book a day tour to Tarako Gorge for about $120 (3-4pax) iirc. 

Good location, near a lots of restaurant. Staff are very nice. Room is very clean.
