All good, though they don’t clean the rooms daily.

The breakfast place was located on lower ground, instead at the coffee shop on 1st floor, the setting of the table more for group guests .. I emailed to reserved the bike during my 3days stay, the answer was OK, but when arrived, the reception told that all the bikes were on maintenance until further notice...it's not too bad. They should informed us earlier, will make other arrangement with other hotel will free rental of bike, thank you

飯店位於花蓮市中心， 非常的方便， 櫃台服務人員非常友善， 大廳明亮 房間乾淨，旁邊就有乾洗店 可以洗衣服， 早餐會依照住宿人數調整套餐或buffet,以 1000元台幣的飯店CP 只來說算是很不錯了, 非常推薦。

我在花蓮非凡假期大飯店住宿感到非常滿意。舒適的客房配有現代化設施，服務人員親切有禮，飯店地理位置便利，靠近景點和交通。早餐豐富多樣，讓我有了充沛的能量開始新的一天。期待再次入住！

卫生：房間空調髒到不行，對過敏體質的人來說實在太可怕了 设施：房間空間不大，床算比較硬的，洗澡熱水蠻大的 服务：前台小哥哥小姐姐服務態度好，早餐豐盛美味！

離花蓮車站走路約30分鐘，在熱鬧的中山路旁，走20分鐘可到東大門夜市，平價可以過夜的地方，附早餐，下次來花蓮還會考慮的飯店

飯店房間乾淨，周遭環境安靜，是歸鄉及旅者的不錯選擇。住宿旅客的素質也不錯，未見吵雜發生，服務人員態度有禮哦！

房間偏老舊 冷氣風聲很大 浴室的抽風設備更大聲 早餐方面就非常普通 窗戶外有個危險的陽台，不建議開窗。

房間很大，人潮因地震減少，所以早餐退錢給我

櫃台服務優，但沒有特約停車需要另找，房況比較老舊，有些按鈕沒有反應，燈有點弱很暗，早餐好吃是自助式早餐，會再回住（不要求房況下）

房間乾淨衛生 地點也 很不錯 服務早餐也不錯 是值得推薦的飯店

附近有路邊停車格跟商圈，還不錯，樓下有一個著名的燒烤店，實在是好吃😋 如果是網站訂購的住宿，飯店沒有附設停車位必須自行尋找停車方式，附近有停車場及路邊停車格可供選擇。

在市中心吃東西很方便，也能順便逛逛大街，離東大門跟七星潭風景區也都不會太遠，住過很多次了真的算很便捷的飯店
