A beautiful hotel with the most friendly staff. We have really enjoyed the upgraded room which was huge and beautiful. The hotel has multiple restaurants and a nice breakfast (included), it’s located in a nice quiet neighbourhood (but would not recommend wandering off). The only odd thing is that you have to pay to use the pool, which is not really worth it. The rooms and inside the hotel is gorgeous. The staff was extremely hospitable, helpful and spoke good English.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm and welcoming, making check-in a breeze. The lobby was beautifully decorated and set a positive tone for my visit. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully furnished, providing a comfortable oasis after a long day of exploring. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. I particularly enjoyed the stunning view from my window, which added to the overall charm of my stay. The amenities offered were fantastic. I took advantage of the pool and fitness center, both of which were well-maintained and easily accessible. The hotel’s restaurant served delicious meals, and the breakfast buffet was a highlight, featuring a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. Location-wise, this hotel is perfectly situated. It’s within walking distance to several attractions, shops, and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, my experience at this hotel was delightful, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. I can’t wait to return!

Good hotel with great beds in the spacious room. Breakfast was also very good. Also the service provided by the staff was so good, we were grateful with the help we got. Only the floor in the bathroom was a bit sticky when you walked on it.

從貴州下來，懷化確實有點熱。這個酒店前台的主管挺專業的，基本上週邊情況都瞭解，推薦給我們的餐廳特別地道好吃，在辦理入住的時候電話一直響還會細心詢問我們是否可以接電話，這個很多酒店都做不到。喜歡公共洗手間的設計，很有當地特色。

美美酒店坐落於懷化市中心商圈，米色牆紙與深棕傢俱的組合沉穩大氣，床品衞浴乾淨整潔。早餐區提供湘西風味米粉等地方小吃也算點睛之筆。酒店前台小美高效服務，人美心善。值得稱道的是其交通便利性，步行10分鐘可達火車站，周邊餐飲選擇豐富。

酒店地理位置非常好，周圍非常安靜，環境好，酒店各種設施也還非常的新，工作人員也服務的非常周到細緻，下次還會選擇住美美

特別滿意，房間特別的寬敞，舒適，環境也挺好，晚上還到河邊散步，空氣特別的好，還去樓下吃了烤肉，真舒服，下次過來還住美美

酒店設施配不上攜程的五鑽，感覺就是比較寬帶的快捷酒店，周邊有公園，環境不錯，但酒店的隔音真的太差了，零辰2點幾，4點幾樓上的人在不停走動，無法入睡的夜晚真的很難受，還有這個花灑，水不大，比鑽頭的聲音一樣大

三星的價格，五星的服務，酒店早餐品種豐富，果汁都是鮮榨的，點心非常精緻，房間非常大，設備齊全先進。因為行程有變，需要取消行程，酒店也幫忙特殊處理退房了。

家人旅遊剛好途徑懷化，在攜程定的這家酒店，從進停車場到離開酒店，整體感覺服務是湖南入住過的酒店最好的，衞生環境也非常舒適，有機會經過還會繼續入住。
