Apartamentos Spa Villa Pasiega

Spent 4 nights. The apartments are fine, except the very noisy air conditioning system, the outdated broken bathroom furnishing and the blanket holes. The air temperature in the swimming pool zone is too high - over 33C which is unbearable for kids and for adults. If it is lowered would be a very pleasant experience. When you have a buffet breakfast you expect to have eggs, sausages and pancakes prepared and pick it yourself not to have to ask for them, to order them and to wait. The chicken for dinner was smelly. Price for dinner is 21 euros per adult. The reception staff is very nice and the location is fine as it is close to the airport and our list of places to see. The negatives are really easy to fix, once done would make it a really nice place to stay!

We booked the apartments which are by the main hotel. The apartment was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed as a family of 4. We had a massive queen sized bed in main bedroom, with a separate room sort of bunk beds, as the bed pulled out from under the other so alot better than bunk style. Bed were so comfy and clean. The bathroom had a shower and a spa bath (kids loved this). Our room had robes to use for the spa and plenty of spare towels if needed. We hired a car as I did my research before we went as around 15minutes drive to beach which is stunning and a surfers paradise. 20minute drive to the local nature park which I highly recommend, with cable cars and full of all types of wildlife. Defiantly need a car to get round all the areas as I think it's 750 acres of park. The local luna supermarket had everything we needed as we stayed bed & breakfast. The breakfast was lovely, you need to ask for eggs, sausage & bacon as not self served as cooked fresh and pancakes too. But they offer continental style, lots of fruit, yummy cakes and croissants, variety of breads with a toaster, yogarts and fresh squeezed orange juice. The Spa in apartments was lovely, Our boys wanted to be in there everyday but could do a slight revamp in some parts. We went into the hotel spa which is amazing, so much to do in there with sauna, various jacuzzis styles, hottubs but after 7pm no children as adults only. It's a small village so not much to do here but very peaceful and the views from our Appartment were stunning mountain views. The staff were lovely and helpful throughout our stay. The only downside I would say is there do have parties of various styles at the hotel which we wasn't told about but we didn't mind as went for a drive out & explored the area. Would recommend as a true Spanish relaxation get away. We would recommend 👌

Nosotrxs cogimos un apartamento de dos habitaciones, salón con cocina y baño con jacuzzi. El apartamento fenomenal en todos los sentidos.La cocina bastante equipada. El bufet del hotel bastante bien. Salado,dulce,fruta,lacteos,...El spa bastante bien pero el segundo dia no pudimos disfrutar de el ya que el agua estaba fria. Llamamos a la recepcion y que contactarian con el mantenimiento pero el agua seguia fria a si que...una pena! El pueblo es bastante tranquilo, con bares,bazar,supermercado,...bien situado.

Hotel con varias opciones, nosotros cogimos un apartamento, dos habitaciones, salón con una cocina y baño con jacuzzi. La cocina bastante equipada. Limpia y con bastante menaje. No limpian las habitaciones, salvo que lo pidas y pagando. El bufet del hotel bastante cutre y escaso. El spa muy bueno para familias pero el último día está bastante fría el agua. Y para acceder a él tienes que pasar por un pasillo al aire libre que mueres de frío. El pueblo es bastante tranquilo, bien situado y bonito

El apartamento genial, espacioso,cómodo .El spa demasiado concurrido de niños y mucho jaleo.Recomendaria hacer horarios de adultos y de niños. El desayuno normalito. Pero en general bien .Recomendable, aparcamiento para el coche sin problemas.

Atención muy rápida y amable. El apartamento muy grande y cómodo. En cuanto al spa al tener entrada libre, sin nadie que vigile el lugar, no es un buen sitio para relajarse. Cada familia es responsable de sus hijos, hay bastante ruido....con eso lo digo todo.
