They are all thief .They stole our charger.Better to live in a platform but never go to this hotel.Pathetic.all photos are fake.very poor ,terrible.They are all thiefs the moment u leave anything by mistake the things u would never get back.i gave charging and when I left the room I forgot to take it the room was still not occupied.But i didn't get my charger back. lier people

The door lock was not good.My parents stayed for one night & had to change room due to lock issue twice .

Good location, walking distance from Howrah junction. Rooms are cleaned, Also staffs are helpful. Foods are ok but can order from out site.

The room offered had a basin which was blocked. The land phone was not working, we couldn't order tea. The plug was not working so we couldn't prepare the tea with the tea kit provided. Had a horrible experience.

The howrah hotel is a scam. How they haresh us in the morning. Two small girls and us. How can the say leave your phone, how can the say train chutega to chutney do. Those receptionist were line in a full mode to torture us. They should have let us know to leave the room. Shame on you people of the.

I have stayed at the hotel only 4 hours

Reception staff and restaurant staff was not at all cooperative. Unnecessary took a lot of time in check in. We all were kept waiting for more then half n hour. By that time the restaurant in hotel got closed. After requesting so much they didnt took the order. We faced a lot of inconvenience. The room was also not up to the mark. A 3 star rating hotel does not have a good comfortable mattress. Even the toilet seat was not hygienic. The taps were continuously running even after closing them tightly.

location is good ...but not cooperative, the request to arrange breakfast a little early was denied even though we have paid for breakfast and had to catch an early train ... still they didn't even consider providing anything

Good Experience, however as it is an old building, low ceilings are there in front of Lift. In the morning, I (188cm height) hit the ceiling beam and sustained injuries.
Hotel room was spacious, and clean.
