Located in narrow lane not accessible by cabs. Hotel is difficult to identify on location as it doesn't have a proper name board. Rooms lack basic amenities. Wash room is unhygienic, window is broken and doesn't have geyser.

Hotel staff and service is good. But hot water not coming. It will be good if they keep hot water kettle and tea bags in room. Otherwise overall good

The behaviour of staff was very nice. Food was tasty and service was good. The room was clean but only problem was bathroom it was not satisfied.

The hotel located at near by howrah railway station. The newly renovated rooms were just surprised me. Staffs were very cooperative and polite as before. Food quality and quantity was superb. Overall once again great experience. Will visit soon again.

I recently stayed at a kiaan inn hotel in howrah and had a mixed experience. The location was incredibly convenient, especially if you're traveling by train, as it was close to the howrah railway station. The accessibility made it a great option for both business and leisure travelers. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, though a bit on the smaller side. The amenities were basic but adequate, with comfortable bedding and a functional air-conditioning system. One of the standout features was the service. The staff was polite and attentive, always ready to help with any request. They even provided some useful local recommendations for dining and sightseeing, which enhanced the overall experience. The food at the hotel’s restaurant was average. While there were a few traditional bengali dishes that were quite tasty, the overall menu could benefit from more variety and better quality. The complimentary breakfast was decent, though it didn’t offer much in terms of options.
