Walked into the room and as I turned on the light the roaches scattered on the bed.

Excellent service! The shuttle bus was broken, then they got another car to pick me up.

The Hotel was not far from the airport. However the hotel itself needs updating. The room was poor. The bathroom wasn't clean and they only gave us 2 towels for 4 people. I feel the picture we saw online was far from what we saw in person.

Horrible customer service. The guy working at the front desk was not nice, wasn’t helpful. At 1am woke up to domestic abuse, yelling, banging on doors, screaming. Cops knocked on my door and asked if I knew what happened. Hotel staff nowhere to be seen. Food was strewn in front of my hotel room. Woke up and the mess was still there. Had to call down to get someone to clean it. Front desk didn’t even know that the cops came and that there was fighting. What a mess. Would not recommend this place. It’s a bit of a dump. Hoping to get our money back and check in to another hotel tonight. Room has a coffee base, but no coffee pot. lol

We just stayed one night before our flight. This was a convenient location near airport and it was a nice hotel. It was clean, comfortable, and had some great offerings. Enjoyed the on-site restaurant and courtesy shuttle to the airport. There is an outdoor pool n guest laundry area

We were sent to this hotel by United Airlines after by there responsibility we lost our connection. At the beginning we had a lot of doubts and a little disappointment because is a low cost hotel that we will never choose by our own . The hotel even is a low budget hotel is clean, the staff is very empathetic and the food is good. We recommend it if you are looking for a low budget place
