The Space: The condo features a spacious living area with a fantastic pool view, comfortable seating, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, and fridge. The bedroom has a plush queen-sized bed and plenty of storage space for your belongings. The bathroom is clean and modern with a shower/tub combo and all the necessary toiletries. We provide all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and heating. There is also a washer and dryer in the apartment for your convenience. Guest Access: Guest will have the whole unit to themselves Other things to note: We have a ZERO tolerance policy on noise during quiet hours (10 PM - 8 AM). Please respect our neighbors. A rental agreement must be signed by the guest reserving the property and will be automatically sent after you reserve the property. A government-issued ID will be required on the agreement. Cameras are installed outside for security purposes. Texas has bugs and they vary by the season. Notify us if you find any pest issues.
