Nice and clean hotel room. Very convenient. Could have provided some toiletries and drinking water based on the cost of the stay per night. Still awaiting the hotel to refund me the 100 pound deposit for my stay. Great view of the runway from the 13th floor room .

Had an amazing time while waiting for my flight, they offered an option for a late check out with fee which I find very helpful as some hotels refused to. It is also accessible to airport itself and heathrow central bus terminal which is lovely. I also utilized their room service, the food was amazing! The only downside is the shower area as water is coming out while you’re using it. Definitely will book again in the future

Great location, a couple of minutes walk to Terminal 2. The room was spacious and clean.

It was very convenient stay just before very early morning flight! Place: very convenient as it’s less than 5mins walk from the hotel to terminal 2 so it’s convenient especially for early morning flights. Price: it’s quite a price with less amenities, they don’t provide anything other than shampoo/body soup/hand soup. Cleanness: it’s very clean and comfortable bed, I slept so well right after I went into bed!

We used the hotel the night before an early flight to Singapore. The staff were fantastic, the room was very clean and spacious, the breakfast service was great. We unfortunately had an issue with catching our flight due to a misplaced passport , but the team at the hotel were a fantastic support. They stored our hold bags, gave us instructions to the Passport Office, and were generally very supportive. We would definitely stay again.

The Hilton Garden is always very comfortable and I trust the brand to deliver on cleanliness and customer service worldwide. I was disappointed on this occasion however as it seems the hotel have stopped providing bottled water to the rooms. On arrival, quite late at night, I had to phone the front desk to ask for bottled water even though the usual tea and coffee had been provided in the room. The hotel charged an additional cost for two small bottles of drinking water and had them delivered when I asked. I was also a little confused as to why the receptionist needed to confirm my residential address on check-in when I shared my Hilton Honours membership number. I have never been asked to confirm my home address at a hotel check-in, least of all at an international airport. To add to what seemed a mild invasion of privacy, she began to read my address aloud from the computer, while other parties were also checking in. No issues with the room - it was just an overnight stay - but not the usual standard of efficiency and courtesy that I’ve come to expect from Hilton hotels.

It's as close as you can get to Heathrow T2, which is the only reason anybody would choose to stay here. Otherwise, it's a very dull but perfectly acceptable business hotel that costs twice as much as it ought to.

The hotel is fine. I arrived in the morning and need to 50 pounds extra for early check in. I found this odd especially this is an airport hotel.

If you have a flight at T2, you'll find it’s both comfortable and convenient! It’s the perfect spot to relax before your journey.

Great location if you need to stay close to T2 or T3. Good breakfast and very polite service.

A good and convenient stay overall. Although the refund took a month to process, the staff was friendly and acted promptly as soon as I brought it to their attention. Their responsiveness and support were much appreciated.

Fast & convenient for quick departure as its only 5 min walk to Heathrow T2 & T3.

We booked 2 rooms but they said cannot be closed to each other. We changed to a suite that was close to the 2nd room, then I found out that the room was very big, enough for 4 but according to the manager, cannot just use one room as the room was only for 3 adults. As I have full paid, no refund accoding to manager. Fair deal but not nice. The location is very close to terminal 2 but walking to terminal 3 without any lugguage needs at least 15 min. Beware. Otherwise as expected from a chain hotel.
