My husband and I stayed in many Premier Inns in the last decade, and usually they are really good and clean. However this time it was not the best experience as the bathroom was run down what's not usual in this hotel chain. The bedroom was not bad.

Absolute bargain! We paid less than £100 for 3 people to stay here over new year (30/12-1/1) and it’s kind of central so it was perfect! The thing is though with premier inns is they can be grubby and nasty, but not at this one! Housekeeping are amazing, and all the staff care about guests. The window looks out into some big court thing which I don’t understand, but it was amazing value and amazing service, highly recommend

It was a great experience there. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Service there was great and the staff was very friendly. Shower was powerful and bathroom worked fine. The hotel is conveniently located near a bus station which makes it easy to get anywhere you need to get to and within walking distance to a train station. Highly recommend staying here.

We stayed here for the rugby Army and Navy match. Nice clean room. We did have to ask for more towels as they only put one of each in the room rather strange when you have booked a room for 2 people. The breakfast for £11.00 was of great value.Lots of choices for every type of diet. Staff very pleasant. Would definitely return.

A manager called”Raja” yelled at me said”Fu. hell,I will call the police”just as i was asking”where is the trash so i can put my Band aid in it i don’t want my used plaster to get on your hand” I have 2 witnesses who politely apologized and deserved my thanks”Abdul and Brehane ,Mirko

I always stay at Premier Inn hotels when I'm in London or at Heathrow Airport. I have had only positive experiences so far. The London Chiswick Premier Inn is the worst of all PI hotels. We asked for cleaning twice (at around 10:00 am as the policy said before 12:00 pm) and on both days we arrived back in our room seeing that there was no housekeeping. If it had only been one day, we would've thought "oh well, they must have forgotten to tell the housekeeper" but on two consecutive days I call it negligence on the morning receptionists' part. On one evening, we decided to eat dinner at the restaurant. The staff member on duty greeted us with a hello and a quite rude "we don't have lasagne" - at that point we didn't even know they had lasagne on the menu. She should've shown us to our table and when handing over the menu, that's when she should've mentioned that there was no lasagne that evening. This is not the service I'm used to at Premier Inn. They really should employ more professional staff.

Very friendly, welcoming staff. The room was clean, bed was comfy, shower worked...what more can you ask for from an overnight stay? The breakfast won't win any culinary awards but it was perfectly pleasant. Beer was pricey but hey...it's London!

Wonderful welcome, good comfortable room, good shower - although as I am 6'4" the shower head was a little low. Good reception at breakfast, clear instructions and a lovely breakfast. Only issue was the curtain was broken - but it didn't change the pleasant stay.
