Room was just fine, breakfast was the worst I have had in a Premier Inn and verged on Fawlty Towers comical. No working coffee machines, lack of orange juice, lack of choice of cereals, the rubberyest eggs I have ever seen. Mushrooms that were replaced from the black pudding bowl back into the mushroom container. To name but a few of the issues…

Room not clean, dirt all around room , receptionist has lack of information regarding car park, breakfast was disaster, even we were lucky to find bread , bakery missing, not enough staff to cook breakfast :-( no one around to help during breakfast Really disappointed and see how the hotel managed

Nice comfy room. Terrible breakfast hardly anything available no yogurt bacon tomato’s pastries kept running out of things had to keep asking for refills. Not great organization total waist of money they should have told us before that they didn’t have everything.

My stay was okay, but the colleagues I was with had an awful stay with one of them needing to be moved into 3 different rooms (the last move being at 2am in the morning, I'm hoping he puts a complaint in because it was honestly appalling). I thought the staff were generally quite unfriendly, none of the usual "Hello how are you?" or "Thankyou for staying with us", and I was quite disappointed to see the restaurant was closed all evening (from 3pm onwards). This hotel isn't exactly close to anywhere you can get food from and I would have appreciated a courtesy note from Premier Inn to warn us we wouldn't be able to eat when we arrived. I didn't think it was anywhere near your usual standard sadly.

Tepid breakfast. Only one small kettle which heats enough water for two cups available in main dining room as all hot water machines out of order during whole weekend. Had to ask for towels. Carpets need replacing. Been visiting premier inn for over 30 years will not be using again

Run down and cold. The hotel was freezing, I had to sit in my coat in the restaurant as did others. One gentleman asked for them to put the heating on. Restaurant furniture old and dated, I was sat at a table with torn seating covers. Bedroom was so cold and heating barely worked. My room had what looked like a hole punched in the wall and it was jyst covered with brown parcel tape. Food average , warm not hot , but lovely waiter, Cornelly. Reception staffless and I had to wait over 10 minutes on two occasions. I always use a Premier Inn for work and leisure but this hotel was a huge let down and certainly not what you would expect from a Premier inn. I would not stay here again. Probably more suited for builders, trade workers rather than business people, couples of familes.

The stay for an accessibility room was very good. The bed and the bathroom were both to our requirements and staff provided us with extra pillows and towels to meet our requirements. Disabled parking was ample and very near the front entrance. There was shortage of staff which wasn't helpful as we had to wait to get service . Food at the restaurant was disappointing for me while my wife enjoyed hers. Overall we had good stay.

Convenient location, easy to access from the M4. Parking as part of the hotel with access directly into the hotel. We drove from Wales and wanted a location where we could leave the car, and not too far to travel on tube into London. Checkin was quick and easy. Breakfast was tasty and well stocked. Tube was .8 of a mile walk, flat walk (along the high street, so lots to see) we found Turnham Green more suitable for our trips, than Chiswick. Enjoyed our stay with our teenage boys.
