Super close to train station. Good service and big room. The staff was nice and helpful. Highly recommend.

Very good location beside the train station with supermarket nearby for something simple. It is nice that they served welcome drink at the lobby restaurant, room was clean but could be better if the room is soundproof as the sound of the next room can be heard clearly good breakfast spread is serves. However the portion of packed breakfast wasn’t sufficient.

Location: 4 stars. Very close to the train station and there is a Lidl next to the hotel. It is worth to mention that on the other side of the train station, the streets are much cleaner. Cleaness: 5 stars. It is clean. Facilities: 3 stars. The hotel rooms are very tall which is nice, however the facilities are kind of old. The wash basin is too low and the size is too small. The AC is noisy. You feel the hotel used to be of 4-star standard, but needs renovations. Services: staffs are good.

Very pleasant stay at the Excelsior. Friendly reception staff, welcome drink, continental breakfast and good food. Its location opposite Bari Centrale & the Largo Sorrentino bus stop make it perfect for catching transport for day trips. A LIDL supermarket is beside hotel too. Easy access to restaurants, cafes, the Bari Vecchio and the promenade too. Id stay here again without hesitation.

The hotel was in a good location close to transport and shops. The hotel was clean and well cared for. I really enjoyed breakfast. There was a very wide choice of both hot and cold food. The breakfast staff were very helpful. The staff at the reception area were very good. I particularly want to thank both Frederica and Claudia for their cheerful and friendly way they went about their work. Checking in and out was easy. They were always willing to be of mservice. The room was comfortable, but an added touch such as tea and coffee making facilities would have been good. If and when I come to Bari again I will have no hesitation in staying there again.

Great service with variety of breakfast options. Its location is near bus stops. But, the wall is not that thick so I can hear sounds from next doors.

The hotel is very close to Central train station, like 3 minutes walk, which is very convenient. Staff were very friendly and very helpful. I strongly recommend it.

Hotel położony w dogodnej lokalizacji, przy dworcu kolejowym, ale co za tym idzie w okolicy można spotkać bezdomnych itp. Do Starego Miasta około 10-15 minut spaceru. Pokoje przestronne, pyszne różnorodne śniadania. Obsługa ok, profesjonalna i pomocna.

舊酒店，保餋一般。可幸是熱水充足，水壓夠。就在車站後方，像我用火車環意的話位置便利。很多商務客。酒店隔音是零，在房間內可以完全聽得清楚隔壁房間及走廊的所有活動。 早餐不夠人手，但有很多食客。
