Please respect the neighborhood and keep outside noise to a minimum after 9pm. EXTRA GUESTS: The nightly rate includes up to 6 guests. For each additional guest, there is a fee of $50 per person, per night. Please, add the correct number of guests before booking to reflect this fee in the total price. TOWNSHIP REGISTRATION: Our home is located in a community that requires all renters to complete a registration form before arrival. There is a $35 rental fee which is INCLUDED in your booking.
