Prior to checkout, please leave home in condition which it was found, including removing ALL food items from refrigerator and pantry, cleaning and putting away any used cookware plates, cups, utilizes, etc. Beds may be left unmade, with sheets and pillowcases left on bed. Should home not be left in the condition in which it was found, aside from bedding and towels, additional charges may apply or be deducted from security deposits. Before leaving, set thermostat(s) OFF and make sure all doors and windows are locked and shut. We will not be liable or responsible for personal items left behind, lost or stolen.
