The downstairs bathroom has whirlpool Jacuzzi tub and custom glass block walk in shower, the upstair bathroom is located off the queen bedroom and has a standup tile shower. Relax in the outdoor sunken hot tub (open year round) and an additional 800 square feet of multi level decking with gorgeous panoramic views of lake! Cottage also has a large fully-stocked kitchen, a laundry room with washer/dryer, free WiFi, a 2021 Bennington pontoon boat (available June 1st through Oct 25th, Mona Lake use only), 2 kayaks and a canoe are included with the rental. Enjoy the lake with a waterside deck with attached dock. Enjoy the evenings making memories around the large fire pit and wood is provided. From the spectacular views of Lake Michigan (visible as far as the eye can see from the shared deck, which is approx. 200 ft. from front door, and distantly visible from several rooms in the house) to the stunning, heated salt water pool and spa room, this home has something to offer everyone, all-year round. This is truly an all-season home ready to accommodate the golfers, skiers, swimmers, shoppers, readers, billiards/ping-pong/poker sharks, beach-goers, restaurant-goers, board gamers and everyone else in the family! THINGS TO NOTE:* A list of all guests by name and age is required prior to check-in. * Please let us know if a guest in your group will need to use the stair lift. * Lake Michigan beach levels fluctuate continuously so the amount of sand on the beach can vary from a very small amount to a decent amount.
