The 3 acre private and exclusive lot features an expansive lake side yard that is level and ready for outdoor games. 2 grills on the large lakeside deck are ready for your vacation time. Laze in the chaise loungers or Adirondack chairs and listen to the waves lap the shoreline.Please note that during the peak weeks of late June July and early August we have weekly rentals that are Friday to Friday. We added a strong router to broadcast the signal all over the property- even outdoors. Originally built in 1990, the home features very unique, contemporary architecture. The living room has a 30 foot cathedral ceiling with large windows that let light flow into the home all day long and provide striking views of the surrounding forest. Theres a loft that overlooks the living space from the second floor. The kitchen and master bedroom have amazing views of the shoreline and sunrises over Lake Michigan.
