Large beach house renovated in 2021. Owned by the same family that built the home in the 1920s. Located in the center of St Teresa Beach right on the water on a double lot. Three private bedrooms and a large sleeping porch. Two full baths plus an outdoor shower. Large deck and front yard overlook the water. Beautifully redone kitchen with quartz counter tops, large pantry, well appointed with an extra refrigerator and an extra full size freezer. Very light and airy with wooden floors. Kayaks, paddleboard, umbrellas, beach toys, and chairs available for use. Cable TV, fast wifi included. Beach is very private and secluded. Sugar white sand with plenty of dolphins, pelicans, herons, eagles, and sometimes manatee!
