This 349 m2, two-storey house has 4 comfy bedrooms, is well-decorated and perfect for families and friends, who are searching for something special. There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor and 2 on the ground floor. The master bedroom comes with a king size bed (1.80 x 2 meters), a dressing room and a 23 m2 terrace with lovely garden views. It is a nice place to enjoy a glass of wine with your partner. The room has a porthole which you can cover. The second bedroom is also very spacious and comes with 2 twin beds. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms are on the ground floor. One has pool views and a double bed. The other one, with garden views, offers two twin beds. All four bedrooms are equipped with a fan. The bright sitting-dining room is nicely decorated with unique pieces made of marble and sculptures made of stones from the Tramuntana Mountains. Furthermore, there are comfortable sofas, a huge dining table for up to 16 people, a fireplace, satellite TV and WIFI. In addition to the sitting -dining room, there is another dining room next to the kitchen and a second living room. The house has two bathrooms with bathtub and bidet, one on each floor. The kitchen has access to the garden and is well-equipped.
