Strayed in your basic non-smoking double sized bed, double room. Clean room. Only thing I would comment is if you are an individual who has trouble going from a sitting to standing position you might have an issue with the toilet as it is extremely low to the ground. Breakfast is typical Continental style. They have a sign posted that it is to be eaten in their dining area and not taken to the room.

The beds were absolutely terrible and make a terrible metal spring notice everytime you move. The toilet seat was also broken on the toilet but the room was decently clean. Front desk was very nice and checking was easy. Would stay again if they got new bed mattress otherwise it's a no for us.

Never again will I ever consider this place again! Stayed here a year ago for 5 nights with the same issue. Roaches!!! Decided to consider it again last week. After a few German roaches the first night, I asked to be moved. The second room on the other end of the property I killed 6 within the first 2 hours. Other guests said they also had roaches. Housekeeping came in to confirm and take photos. She smashed and took pics of bedbugs on my mattress. This is obviously an infested hotel. Clean it up, but don’t look for me again! Ps. The rooms also have other obvious conditional problems.

Absolutely horrible! I looked through 5 rooms before I found one that didn't have roaches....then I had to carry my own fridge from another room on the other side of the property only to find it didn't work either....nor did we get the microwave or even a working television! Really!?!? I chose to stay in this absolutely horrible and disgusting place the first night, only because I had it booked in advance and had just driven 8 hours so i was exhausted and could not continue driving safely! The lady at the desk was really nice, to be fair, and even told me the bug guy had just left the day prior to my stay. I called my TA and refused to stay the rest of my trip! They put me at the Best Western Winner's Circle Hotel and I felt like royalty there. If you'd like details, I left them an honest review as well on Trip Advisor and Google. I've stayed in some really nice places and I've stayed in some not so nice places, but never, have I ever, refused to finish my stay until this day. Please don't make the same mistake I made here.

We went with my small family to stay due to a business trip we had. The room and the facilities were very clean, maybe some small bugs here and there, but they are common when a national park is right next to the hotel. The staff was very kind all of them with out exception, but I want to thank Hiten who was very helpful trying to help me plug my electric car to an outlet. I want to point out I was driving a tesla car from NY which conclude in a big inconvenient since there are not superchargers close to the hotel. I recommend the hotel and will go back to the same one if is really needed but due to my electric car I might not go back.

A super clean spooky little place where the desk employees are polite and tell you the check out time is 11:30 but they send the maids at 8:15 to beat on your door and push against the chains shouting until you get out...you can be naked and they will laugh and keep the door open then. If they have a break fast I wouldn't know after being harassed and screamed out of the building so the maids could clean. BEWARE!!! UNSAFE!!!!

The stay was perfect at the Red Roof Inn in Hot Springs. I had a 3 day business meeting. My room provided privacy and a comfortable place to stay. The breakfast was ample. The price was reasonable. I will stay there again.

Room felt updated and well cleaned. Sleek laminate hardwood flooring. Clean bathroom Good shower temp and pressure Great A/C unit. Friendly and helpful staff (helped me check in early). Literally a 3-minute drive to downtown / Hot Springs national Park. It was great for a one night stay for three friends. I’m used to staying in Hiltons and Embassy Suites, but this met my needs at half the price. The outside was a little dated, but my room was great. I’d stay here again.
