My partner booked us both in after my long stint working overseas. Our aim was to visit extended family in the Horncastle/Lincoln area. Unfortunately Covid struck and we tried to defer the 2-night booking to another date. We were most disappointed to be told we couldn't do this due to their non-
cancelation policy, we weren't aware we couldn't change the booking. In the circumstances we feel this to have been very harsh and it means we will never use this establishment again and this has reverberated throughout our friends and family in the area. One wonders whether the ill feeling generated by the management is worth the gain, particularly as we would have re-booked.
