Seiri del Mar

WOW! What a gorgeous location. The staff were so kind and we felt incredibly welcomed and while Hopkins felt safe in general, Seiri Del Mar made extra efforts to provide that sense of security that's so nice to have while traveling abroad, like security personnel 24/7, super helpful and responsive staff members, and the general set up/location. We so enjoyed the pool with the view of the beach and their new restaurant, Embers was *insert chefs kiss* SO YUM! The room itself was so clean and it was SUCH a great option to have a kitchen AND washer/dryer in our own space. This was so much more than a place to lay our heads - it was an entire experience!

Our stay at Seiri del Mar exceeded expectations. We stayed in a large second floor apartment and it was very comfortable and impeccably cleaned. The kitchen was well equipped and included some basic seasonings to make cooking convenient. They provided soap, shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. The bed was large and very comfortable. The large balcony had a great view of the sea. The ground crew obviously took great pride in the property and the grounds were well maintained and beautiful. The pool area was clean and the swim up bar was very nice and surprisingly inexpensive. The apartment was just a couple minutes’ drive to some great restaurants on the north side of Hopkins village, and they recently opened an upscale restaurant onsite, Embers. We recommend that too! The stay absolutely exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Seiri del Mar.

We traveled to Hopkins with our 3 young adults/late teens and 3 of their friends. We arrived at the resort to find well manicured grounds, beautiful flora and an amazing view. Because there were 6 "kids" and two adults, we split up into a 3 bedroom villa and a single. All are ocean view. The villa was SPECTACULAR! The views were amazing. It was clean and well appointed. The appliances were new and fresh, and the bathrooms spotless! I can say the same about the single suite. Joanne was our concierge in charge of the comings and goings of 8 personalities. We dove Glovers Reef and the Barrier reef, we went Repelling and zip-lining, kayaked through caves, and went on ATVs to waterfalls and swimming holes. Joanne organized it all, kept on top of the many schedule changes, and was truly professional and kind. All of the staff from our driver Javier, to the lovely ladies cleaning our villas, to Kyle the bartender, were warm and friendly and treated us like family! The restaurant, Embers, was delicious and a beautiful setting. Our every need was addressed with warmth and professionalism. We cannot recommend ENOUGH! Choose this resort and you will be very pleased!

We had a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo and it felt like home. Everything you need- large outdoor space, beach towels, coffee, laundry and detergent. So much space for the kids to run around. The staff is amazing! You are on the other side of town from a more populated area (2 miles), but they have golf carts and we enjoyed heading that way for fun, but then being able to retreat back to the villa at the end of the day. Added bonus is they book tours directly for you and you have paddle boards, bikes and kayaks at your disposal. The new restaurant is amazing! They really make you feel like you are at your home away from home. I would absolutely tell our friends and family to stay here!

The resort was a lot more than I expected it to be it was so beautiful and amazing and lots of room I had a 1 bedroom with all the amenities and a full kitchen washer and dryer and the resort has a very nice staff Ms. JoAnn and her crew was the best the made sure we had what we need I would definitely recommend staying here you will be amazed.

From the moment we arrived Byron and Ratka were the epitome of hosts! All of the staff was very attentive. The grounds were impeccable and every need was met! This was our second visit and it was even better than the first! We can wait to return!

We have traveled a lot and a twice failed attempt to cruise for 2020 and 2021 (COVID-19), we decided there were too many things that we wanted to do in Belize to make it a day trip. We spent some time on Google and determined that Hopkins got us the best of all worlds for culture, food, ocean, and mountains. From the time of our booking the process was seamless and they made sure we were taken care of. Upon our arrival in Belize City our driver informed us the coastal highway was flooded and our ride would be longer but that meant an ice cream stop. Most of our interaction was with Javier who drove us on several tours and served as our guide, and we spent some time with Kyle at the pool bar. The rest of the staff was awesome to speak with, incredibly friendly, and more than willing to help. (All of our bookings etc were with Ratka and she made sure that our vacation was one to remember) The rooms were extremely clean, and cleaning services were throughout our stay. The grounds were clean and obviously safe, we left at night several times and security let us in and out the gate. As far as Hopkins goes, if you want a Panama City Beach, or Destin style beach experience, that may be available elsewhere, but if you want authentic small beach village, with local food, local fare, and gorgeous surrounding, Seiri Del Mar is absolutely that. As far as Hopkins, if you are someone looks ng for a Destin or Panama City Beach in Belize, you may want to go elsewhere, but if you

The resort was amazing and the staff was very friendly and accommodating to us. The town of Hopkins was also inviting and friendly everywhere we went, I can't wait to go back again. I would encourage everyone to visit. Stay as long as you can there are plenty of amazing things to do.

My husband and I visited Seiri Del Mar to celebrate both our anniversary and birthdays, and we were treated to extraordinary hospitality by Byron and Ratka. Our stay was delightful, with a beautiful apartment, a lovely pool, exciting expeditions, and an overall enchanting ambiance at the resort. We had such a wonderful experience that we are eager to return and create even more cherished memories.
