This place was horrible. When you drive up it looks closed / abandoned. The bathroom was a nightmare. We took one look at the room and left. No refund. No exterior lock on door into hallway. Doorframe rotted in corners. The entire place had a disinfect smell that literally made it hard to breathe and you left with an aftertaste.

Extremely dirty. A lot of hairs found in the bed, stain which looked like blood on the sheets. Shower had no drain plug, and the bathroom sink barely drained. Not to mention I could barely get the door to close and there were dead insects in the hallway.

As you can tell by the reviews this place is a complete 💩 hole! I didn't even need to walk into a room to see that. Kindly asked to park there while I was taken to a Dr. Appointment, with 250 parking spots, 3 being used the rude young lady at the front desk says "ummmm no". Just walking in the front door was enough to make anyone not want to stay there! The outside looks awful and so sad what the place has become. Shockingly the only good reviews look to be that of family members, ironic. Travel 1 mile further to the Hampton Inn, absolutely Beautiful hotel, great restaurant directly next door and wouldn't you know, they KINDLY allow people to temporarily park there. Steer clear from giving these people your business.

Comfortable bed but the property grounds were very dirty and things laying all over the property. With the amount of people we saw, and I'm assuming all owners staying there, they could take the time to clean up the place. This includes taking care of lawn and shrubs.

do not stay here. We were in town for the weekend, the pictures on the website looked nice enough but we should have headed the warnings in the reviews. Every part of the hotel was dirty. The floor in the "conference room" where breakfast was served made your shoes stick to the ground, and it doubles apparently as their storage room. The fridge was filthy where the food was kept. The room was even more disgusting, ripped screen, smelled like mothballs and stale cigarettes, walls were dirty, desk was unusable. The pool was empty/closed, no place to sit outside to get away from the filth.

The lamp shades were all cracked. Floors very filthy, turned white socks black! Had to go to office to get towls and toilet paper. No kleenex was replaced. I complained and they told me to leave! No drain plugs in tub or sink. Tub chipped. Sink finish comming off. Bugs at the entrance door at night. A/c didnt cool properly. 3 days they say is when they clean but I didnt see any proof of that. I WILL NEVER EVER BOOK HERE AGAIN.

They should be Ashame!!! Make the hotel presentable inside and outside!!! Properly Clean the Place and provide the Cook with people skills!!! Provide daily cleansing of rooms!!!

Do your research and look at reviews on Google. Rooms smelled, bugs, mold, dirty sheets, dirty hallways, and definitely over priced. First red flag was the empty parking lot and the second one was hot smelly lobby.

Other than the lack of amiable, affable, congenial dispositions, the "closet" round the back of the last building was a filthy mess!

We always stay here when in town. Were not given breakfast tickets. Rooms could use some updating. Overall good experience.

Blood on the sheets. Dingy. Was excited about a jet tub but did not use it because it didn’t look clean at all. Curtains were ripped up and would t properly open or close so we had to pin it closed just so we could sleep. Beds as full not queen size. Shared with my 2yr old and was very uncomfortable. Breakfast was just okay. They were supposed to custom make your order but when I went no one was at the stove so I made a waffle myself which was good. Checkin & out was fine. I did get a fraud call on my card only 3mins after checkin which was suspicious. The ONLY reason I stayed was because my daughter had sports early in the am and all other hotels in the area were fully booked.

Literal roach motel. Dirty and unacceptable. We had to go to Walmart to buy king size sheets to drape over the beds to be able to sleep.

Do Not Stay Here!!! My family stayed here for 2 nights in two different rooms. They were both filthy and broken down. The first room was a suite. ***** hair in tub, white crap on remote, very dirty. Way way overpriced for what we received. The people at the counter were very rude. The second day we went to a double bed room and asked if we could check in early. He first told me it would be a $50. I told him I would have to talk to my husband. He then says he can give me a discount $40. I said no and I go to walk out and he calls me back and says no charge and checked us in early. The double bed room was just as bad. The bathroom door knob was almost completely knocked off. Dirty dirty dirty. If this is how they keep there hotel I would hate to see there home. I could go on and on about this place. All negative. Worst hotel we have ever stayed at.

The floors were gross and sticky. The walls were black with dirty and stains. The bathroom were gross. Didn’t clean the showers. You could see all the dirty building up. Also smelt really bad. First room we booked the toilet was broke and leaking all over the floor. They moved us to a different room but that was worse
