I was upgraded to a pent house room on the 35th floor. The room is decent in size but outdated design. Good location as the property is close to the beach and restaurant. Wish I had more time to explore the place. Will come back again!

We enjoyed our trip and the stay at the Hilton Waikoloa Village. Although we recommend purchasing gifts, water and food off-resort due to the super inflated prices, the staff was excellent and kind. Get a room in the Lagoon or Makai tower to oversee the dolphins. Ours was an ocean view and it was breathtaking. As far as hotel rooms go, it was pretty standard but clean and comfortable. It was a good landing place between adventures. Pricey but worth it for being a safe and family-friendly place. Do the buffet for breakfast but not every day as you’ll get sick of it 🤣 or your kids will just eat the cereal for $55/adult and $27/kid or something. 🤣

The location was amazing! Walking distance to beach, live band playing everyday, pool and view was beautiful. Booking with TRIP was the best deal I found compared to other sites for Hilton village. Thank you!

We had such a great time couple days the winds were high, but we didn’t let that spoil our vacation. The sun was out that’s the most important thing in the temperature was in the 70s and 80s and so perfect for people from Seattle Washington rainbows you know it’s a tropical area so the rainbows appear in the sky just so beautiful fireworks on Friday night was outstanding. Looks like all of Waikiki came to look And we stayed in the Tapa building and ocean view just outstanding. The restaurants to Bali was fabulous. The restaurants are on the street level was fantastic and we walked around the city and experience various type of cuisine. This is an outstanding vacation seven days and my wife and I are so glad that we have mobility and at our age so we could really enjoy the beach. Enjoy the catamaran enjoy just walking around the city shopping and so just outstanding. We look forward to another vacation like that. 

Nice encapsulated venue. Everything you need in one spot albeit more expensive. As per usual Resort Fees added that don't enhance the stay. They have DVD rentals because the tvs are outdated (non-smart). Resort is still kinda worth it since other hotels in the area decrease in quality. I was only r here for a conference. Wouldn't stay as a traveler, might stay if i was a lazy couple or had a large family. The hotel deals only benefit members, if youre a non-member and went a deal...for example, reduced fee on rooftop lau (original price 230usd per person) you need to sit through a 2 hour timescam...time share to get a ticket for 50 usd. Views frim the beach and lagoon are nice.

Hilton Hawaiian village certainly lives up to the name! Service is impeccable!

The location is a bit distant from Waikiki center.

Hilton Village Waikiki consists few towers and it is a big area. Check in process was good with 12 counters open at Front Desk. Front desk will tried to sell upgrade rooms, after I refused twice and she offered a better deal cannot refused for Twin Queen beds and overview for USD40+tax. Hilton employees are not as friendly as other hotels. 4 swimming pools and a lagoon offers fantastic range of pool options.

Very worst for me room service phone is not working nobody take care I have to go down again for my luggage and even I complained about phone is not working they don’t care very worst and I don’t know they charge every day 50 dollar extra and before they didn’t say anything very disappointing

The hotel is a bit dated.  We stayed at the Ali building that were supposed to have more amenities and a separate check in desk but they close early and still had to check and wait in the main front desk.  The extra cost at the Ali didn’t seem to be worth it.  Also, the hotel is very far from the main parts of Waikiki so was a bit inconvenient and ended up taking an uber everywhere.

Amazing pools, many restaurants and things to do. Just SOOOOO MANY PEOPLE. It was like Disneyland. The kids enjoyed the pools… there was one with water slides and the lagoon was good for my elderly parents to enjoy the sea. Waikiki beach was right there and sunsets were magic. Expensive but decent.
