Nice room ! Quite convenient location although not right on the beach. Close to shops. The lady at the reception looks a bit serious. We asked for toothbrush never been provided one .

I have an issue with this hotel. The power went out. I use a medical device to sleep and I told him I cannot stay in the room to sleep first of all. There’s no air conditioner in Hawaii is very hot number two. I sleep with the medical CPAP machine, so I cannot sleep without that machine. How do they expect me to stay in this room? I checked out of the hotel they told me they would give me a full refund and now they are going back on their word and not refunding my money this is ridiculous.

There was no electricity from 8 pm until morning of the next day. No any announcements about this until we arrived room and found out there was no light. Then we called the reception and got poor flashlight to use for the whole night. No any compensation or spared drinking water from hotel on that terrible night. The maid is friendly, however, the quality of cleaning is poor. The floor is wet and something dirty covered after the cleaning, so, we need to use slipper that we brought. The reception staff said that check -in time is "from" 15.00 means that anytime after 15.00 that the hotel is ready. It doesn't mean that customer can definitely check-in at 15.00. I have never seen such a poor quality hotel like this.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We were able to store our luggage before check in and after check out and were even offered a room to shower when picking our luggage which was ideal to be able to refresh before our overnight flight and a full day walking around.

Great people that works there. Front desk great customer service, the housekeeping staff was awesome and Victor the Bell Man was awesome and very helpful. Thank you!!!

The hotel was pleasant and easy to get to. The staff were friendly and helped whenever we had questions.
