The room itself is very nice, spacious and cozy. However, if the shuttle bus can run more frequently would be better. It is very difficult for family with lots of luggage to walk to the shuttle bus stop. Thanks to the counter who helped us sort out the problem.

The only issue we have is the transport option. The only form of travel to the ski park is via the shuttle bus which only takes up to max 20 people unless you drive or prefer to walk for 15mins on foot to the ski park (out in the cold!) No taxi service in the area. So if you met with another big group of travelers be prepared to wait for the next shuttle which is running on a 20-30mins interval. The shuttle only bring you to the Sono moon hotel and from there you still need to walk about 6-10 mins to reach the ski park. The hotel suite was spacious and nice and offer a nice view of the ski park.

Room condition was decent but amenities were not sufficient

Everything is good except the staff’s English proficiency and communication skills need to be improved. It very difficult to find a staff who can communicate with in English.

Nice hotels and good viewing

Booked the gold suite . 3 bedrooms with 2 queen size bed . Master room have the strong odour smell coming from the bathroom . Short distance walk from ski park . Feeder bus provided every 10 mins , but we waited for an hour cause driver thought we going sono village and refused to pick us . After seeking help from sono moon front desk then we able to board on the bus . Reason : they pronounced sono felice as Sono Feli-ce . So do rem Tis if u taking the bus . As there r 2 buses there , one per hr to village , another every 10 to n fro from felice .

Big clean & nice view

시설이 아주 조금 낡았다는 느낌은 있지만, 깨끗하고 좋았음. 비발디파크 지하 메인 편의시설을 사용하기에는 밖으로 나와서 다시 걸어야 한다는 점은 아쉽지만 조용하고 넓고 좋았음. 골드등급이라 방이 3개라서 고등학생 애들이 따로 잘 수 있어서 좋았음.

市中心車程大約1.5小時 指引唔係好清晰，搵咗好耐先搵到邊度check-in 房間好大，乾淨企理，從酒店出發，行大約10分鐘先到雪場 酒店裡間炸雞好好味，另外有超市可以買嘢返酒店煮

트립닷컴에서 신한카드 이벤트로 저렴하게 이용했어요 토요일에는 셔틀도 다녀서 편리했어요 뷰도 전객실이 너무 예뻐요! 프론트직원분도 친절했습니다 (신상숙소느낌보단 관리잘된 오래된고급진리조트느낌)

雪遊びに韓国の雪山に行ってみたくて 商業施設がついてて　スキーしなくても楽しそうな場所に決めましたが数頭ある中でここだけバスタブがついてそうでした ので決めました。ただ場所がゲレンデまで徒歩十五分。。。極寒の中シャトルバスは週末のみ 部屋の清掃は2日のうち一度もなくタオルも同じゴミだらけ(コンビニは持ち帰りで凌ぎました)になりました ホテルの魅力的なビュッフェなどは週末だけでした

넓고 쾌적하고 전망좋고 모든게 다 좋았어요 윗층 층간소음 제외하구요 가족단위로 놀러오는거라 이해하긴했지만 제작년 갔을때도 심했어서 방음이 잘 되는것같진 않아요
