The view of the room is very nice as it has Seaview and sunset is perfect. Service can be improved as I asked one staff what time the laundry room closed(when i traveling on the lift and his reply was you asked the front desk. Another bonus of staying in this hotel is Thursday movie night which was quite a sweet surprise.

The hotel is located in a place that is not easily accessible by metro although there are many buses nearby. There are many tourist groups staying at the hotel, so there are always long queues to use the elevator. The guy wearing glasses at the reception did not speak to guests with good manners. He behaved like your boss when you reported a problem.

Cosy little room suitable for sole travellers. Aberdeen is within walking distance for food and shopping. Need transport by bus to go to Wong Chuk Hang to get to MTR in 10-15 minutes.
Receptionists are friendly and quite efficient in checking in and out.

My stay was pretty okay. The staff were friendly and warm, they were really helpful for my check in and communicated with me in a nice way about the deposit despite me not know it was required. The room was comfortable and clean, had a little bit of a humid atmosphere but not anything unbearable. The sound of the showers from the other room next to mine was pretty annoying and I could also hear the sound of the elevator. I wish they could’ve have given me a room far from noise. The location was convenient it was just a 2 minute walk to the bus stop.

The place is very clean, quite and the staff are very accomodating. The bed is so good and comfortable. I highly recommended this place and this is one of my #1 choice of stay. Away from crowds, busy and noisy surroundings. The public transport is very accessible and there is a public market nearby which you can buy and cook your own food at the hotel , Mc'Dies and other restaurant are just around the corner. The hotel is near to Aberdeen and Ocean Park and even if you want to go to the beach, there is a bus stop near the hotel that you can hop in to go to deep water bay, repulse bay going down to stanley. There is also buses going to central and causeay bay and on the other side of the road are the buses going to the airport and macau ferry. The nearest MTR stn from the hotel is Wong Chuk Hang Stn.
