The location of the hotel is very convenient, just next to North Point MTR station, and the staff were polite and helpful. The room was also quite spacious, which we appreciated. However, the surroundings of the hotel are right next to a wet market, which made the area feel messy and unpleasant. Although it might be convenient for shopping, it does not give a clean impression. The biggest disappointment was the condition of the room itself. The photos online looked nice, but in reality the room was very dirty, especially the bathroom. The bathtub was extremely old, stained, and unpleasant to use. Overall, the cleanliness was far below expectations, and the facilities are outdated and in urgent need of renovation. We only booked this hotel because of unexpected changes to our trip during a black rainstorm warning, otherwise we would not have chosen it. While the staff did their best, the poor condition of the facilities and lack of cleanliness made our stay uncomfortable. Unfortunately, we would not choose this hotel again in the future.

We arrived late night for check-in since our flight is in the afternoon, expecting to be welcomed warmly as a tourists. However, it felt and experienced different. It was as if they do not want guests in their hotel. 😅 Also, when we came up to our non-smoking room, it smelled like someone just smoked a cigarette inside, same with the hallways on the following days. I was with my baby, so I was worried sick. The room was old, but clean. It also has bathtub. They make up the room, even without requests, that’s a plus one for me, the view in the morning is so calming 🤗 Overall, it was okay for the price and location.

I stayed at Ramada Grand View in North Point and found it decent for a budget-friendly option. The location is very convenient—close to the MTR, tram, and local eateries. The room was surprisingly spacious for Hong Kong, which was a plus. However, cleanliness needs improvement. The carpet felt old, the bathroom had a musty smell, and the bed was very firm—too uncomfortable for my taste. The hotel is also quite dated and could use a renovation. Overall, it’s a practical choice if you’re prioritizing location and cost, but don’t expect luxury. I might stay again, but only if I need something affordable in the area.

We had two rooms and both of the rooms on the bed. There were blood stains. The sheets on the bed hands stains, the mattress on the bed was hard as a break, and you can feel the springs of the mattress.

Please nextime fill up this hotel if theres no hot water, because its hard for me to take a bath especially rainy season😂😂😂and theres no hot water..

This hotel is situated in an excellent location, there is lots of shops and restaurants in walking distance. It is also close to the subways, the photos provided by the site are the same as how the hotel actually looks. The staff are friendly and helpful. The night view from the room was amazing.

Hotel is a bit dirty.. But its still ok for stay.. Location was good but near the market.. Finding food is easy.. Price is affordable.. Overall is ok to stay..

Travelled with family of five, glad that i have booked this hotel with two separate rooms. Big and spacious rooms with separate living spaces considering Hong Kong hotel room sizes. On top of that. The view was perfect, unblock view of harbour though not the harbour. But for the price, it's super worth it. Was thinking of rebooking it for my next hong kong trip upon checking into the room, but unfortunately, I'm not available anymore. It was indeed like other reviews have said. it's in the middle of the market with poultry stalls lining the street. But are you just touring that area or hotel lobby? At most, you will be spending like 5-10mins in out of the hotel to your destination of day (disneyland, oceanpark, etc), right? And like other reviews have mentioned, no toiletries (toothpaste toothbrush) provided, but lots of provision stores just outside of the hotel. Well, again, for that price, I have no complaints. Do try out the local dimsum breakfast take out shop just opposite of the hotel. Super nice and budget friendly. For 30hkd, you get four Pan fried buns and fried bee hoon. I'm definitely gonna book it again for my family the next trip.

Accessible to everything, shops train tram market restaurants name it. Highly recommended!

Location not too far from bus and tram stop and north point MTR station. Nearby environtment is fish and meat shop but its clean enough. I book economy room and they gave me harbour view. Incredible. Room is spacious not typical hongkong budget hotel but with bargain price.

Few minutes to transportation terminals. Multiple restaurant options nearby.

This hotel is not recommended if you're visiting Hong Kong for sightseeing or tourism. It’s located in a distant, domestic area, surrounded by meat markets and other local shops, which often create unpleasant smells. If you're looking for convenience and a better atmosphere, hotels along Nathan Road or another branch of Ramada would be a much better choice. The room lacked some basic amenities—no complimentary drinking water, and essential toiletries like a toothbrush and toothpaste were not provided. Breakfast was very basic, mostly consisting of simple Chinese-style dishes, which may not suit international travelers.
