I don't believe this hotel deserves a four-star rating. There are only three elevators, which often become quite crowded. I had to skip a few and wait for a less busy one. Additionally, the swimming pool is currently closed. Being an older building, the water pressure is not very good; I imagine it’s challenging to provide hot water to the higher floors. The air conditioning seems to be malfunctioning, as it blows out cold air instead of heating. Overall, the hotel feels quite outdated and could benefit from a thorough cleaning. I didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on that aspect. On the positive side, the hotel is conveniently located about a ten-minute walk from the North Point subway station. There is a 24/7 check-in desk, which I appreciated since I arrived at 4 AM. However, my room was quite cold, so I requested an extra blanket, and they promptly provided one.

Check in was smooth and quick. Was offered a room on level 26, with a view of the harbour. Requested for late check out and was obliged till 1:30pm. Housekeeping service was average. New bath towels were missed out on 1 of the days. Room toiletries are very lacking due to their government 3R (reduce, reuse, recycle) policy. However all they are still available for a fee. You can buy from the vending machine at the reception hall. I don't think it is worth a 4-star category although its still good value for money.

Great location near eateries, bus stop, tram stop and mtr station. We always choose Ramada Grandview when we visit hk also because of the larger than average room size in hk.

Enjoyed our stay and near to train station. Just a wet market outside but still okay

My stay was wonderful. This place is like in the northpoint so abit far to town. But the MTR was convinient. Also this place there are many shops neaeby for food. Only on my check out day the toilet flush as an issue. Suddenly it flooded my suite rm hall section. I call the staff n they responded fast. Gave me another rm. Also during my stay rm service was super good.

Location consider ok, outside of Hotel got the "DING DING" route, and you can feel HONG KONG style morning market, just same road with the Hotel main entrance. Swimming pool currently no available, we could not able to have a visit. We booked a room with 2 bedroom and a living hall, overall consider big space in Hong Kong High floor room, can see the nice view

I appreciated the location near metro station North Point, the tramway stops (including terminus/departure and the buses. Area quiet. Myr room was spacius, brightness.

Hotel Rooms was neat and very spacious. Bathroom was clean and decent. View from the room was also good. Front office (Gavin) was very friendly.

Out of 10, i will give it a 6/10 (Advantages) 1) Near Northpoint MTR, Tram, Indonesian Market. 2) Near Night Market that sells toys. 3) Staffs speaks good english. 4) Clean & tidy room. 5) Located in the middle of the city area. (Disadvantages) 1) Breakfast is not halal. No halal options. 2) Smelly Lobby because near to the seafood & pork wet market. Smells of raw meat. 3) Swimming pool closed for 3 months. 4) Hotels room for the 2 Bedrooms Deluxe were too small for a family of 4 person. 5) Hotel security guard is very RUDE & RACIST. He Hates foreigners. 6) No airport transfers. Would i come back to the hotel again? Maybe. Would i recommend it to others? No. You can find a better hotel.

Actually the room was small and at the end of the corridor on 15th floor which has a door connecting the room in the opposite. It was very noisy in the night, attention, it was 1 am or 1:30 am, still very noisy in the corridor ( very “nice” neighborhood). We called the reception and got another room on 25th floor which was bigger with a better view.  Well, it was just a bad luck.

It is located in Northpoint Market, Tram, bus and mtr are near. Restaurants food stalls are also near... Hotel is old don't expect too much...

Good location to me, because I was grew up in that area easy for transportation and to and back from International airport.
