I had a long stay in this hotel, found it inconvenient without a wardrobe, they design a medium size mental bar to hang your clothes to save some space as shown on my photo. There is no door in the shower block and I always feel cold when taking shower. Futhermore, no bedside table to leave your personal stuff like mobile phone, water bottle or night beauty care and I have to move a chair next to my bed for my whole stay. I end up eating on my bed as there is no more chair for me to eat at the table The pillow is saggy and has unpleasant smell ! The worst thing is there is no " do not disturb" sign in the room and the cleaner rang my bell while I was sleeping. In general, it's not a pleasant stay, don't recommend this hotel for a long stay

Staff are very nice and helpful! I arrived early due to my flight. Front desk very helpful and check in early for me and upgraded. Room is clean and big. I really like is hardwood floor. Cleaning staff are nice. I requested late check out due to car pick up and no issues. There is restaurant downstairs. Light rail and west rail station very close by. Walkable distance to the shopper center. Police and fire station across the hotel feel safe . Most important only take 20 mins to airport by car ride. I recommend to anyone for this hotel when stay in HK

It was a pleasant stay. Everyone are polite and helpful. All in all completely satisfied.. Will go again there when I come to hk..

Near to some great food! Clean and spacious room. Wish it provided hair cap but at least it had a hair dryer.

location is good, staffs are nice, room is big enough. with everything you need, no providing toothpaste n toothbrush , you need your own or purchase from the reception, the sleeper quality is bad. somehow still recommend.

I was travelling for business. Everything was very convenient and easy. The pictures are legit on the hotel profile. Overall good experience.

The hotel provided excellent service, and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and attentive, making our stay very pleasant. Highly recommend for a relaxing experience!

Walkable to the bus station and MTR. Close by a huge mall. Basic room even with an upgrade. Only cheap slippers are provided.

Got upgraded. The room was of a good size with good amount of luggage and hanging spaces. Air conditioning was somewhat loud.
