Good location but the reception staff not good, very rude, apart from the female who was v kind. The rooms were very clean but very tiny as expected in HK

It was an awful experience. The check-in process was so slow and the check-in counter couldn't handle well there were big group check-ins & they were so messy & noisy. There are 3 elevators, 1 under maintenance, 1 used by the house keeping (at the 3-4 pm) to transport all the blanket sheets, garbage, etc., so only 1 elevator to accommodate all the guests. with over 20 floors imagine the traffic. Lastly the room is new but the toilet was under hygiene If you stand at the hand wash you could clearly see the stain.

This was a 700 rmb hotel. It wasn’t glamorous, but it was functional for an overnight stay. Walkable to Kai Tak stadium, we had breakfast in McDonalds just a 2 minute walk. It was safe. It had left luggage and we were surprised that they allowed us an early check in which was unexpected but super kind. Will be using this hotel again.

Room was very small. The gym is not a gym. Just an area with some equipment. Free coffee from a machine though. I thought the left Luggage area was secured when they gave me a ticket. It’s outside at the car park area with the gate open. So anybody could enter to steal. It’s in an old area of the city. I guess it’s convenient for the Kai tak stadium. It’s around 15-20 mins straight walk. We came for the rugby 7s.

Clean and good location. You must press both the up and down button on your floor to get the elevator, otherwise it will skip your floor, which is annoying. Also no heating

Booked a premier room. The first room they assigned wasn’t that good. Coz not only the view wasn’t too open, there was no proper table nor chair to work (I needed to work for quite some hours during my 5 nights stay). Thus I requested a change of room, which was so much better. Got what I need, a small table and a chair that allowed me to work properly. I love the opened view in the room. Quite tiny room but got all you need there. location-wise is near MTR, which can get you everywhere easily. Definitely cheaper than hotels in Tsim Sha Tsu.

I recently stayed at iclub Hotel in Kwa Wan, Hong Kong, and I have to say it was an average experience compared to other hotels I've stayed at in the city. First, the lobby and reception area could use some improvement. The design felt incomplete, and there wasn’t enough seating for guests to relax or wait comfortably. The room was as advertised, though I did have a few cleanliness concerns: 1. The shower area wasn’t properly cleaned, particularly the soap holder, which still had residue and marks left from the previous guest. 2. The water pitcher provided was also not properly cleaned, with noticeable stains from prior use, which you can see in the photos. 3. The placement of the electrical outlets was inconvenient. Ideally, there should be an outlet next to the bed for easy charging, but the current setup made it difficult to plug in my charger due to the limited space. On a positive note, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, which was definitely a highlight. Additionally, the hotel offers a convenient service where you can use your phone to request things like refills, which is a nice touch and makes the experience more seamless. Overall, the hotel is decent if you’re looking for a place to stay in Hong Kong. The area itself didn’t have much to offer, but its proximity to the MTR made it quite convenient for exploring the city.

The hotel was great, nearby subway station, food market and nearby most attractions in Kowloon. Room was bigger as aspected. Free coffee, croissant, jam, butter at the second floor. Great warm shower. Hotel was, very clean. Recommand it, and would come back again

🤣We have a pleasant 😂stay in this hotel .😂 😇Good: 1. The room is not so big, but it is very clean. 2. The bed cover and pillow cases are without any scent and very white 3. There are free bread and coffee on the 2nd floor of the building for breakfast 4. There are some sports machines in an open area beside the breakfast tables on the 2nd floor . 5. There are washing machines and dryers in the back of the 2nd floor where you can insert the coins if you need to wash the clothes . 6.There is a kettle in the room where you can boil thecwater .I found out the kettle is very clean. 7.The housekeeping staff are very nice. Improvement 😉 1.Some times I call the front desk from the room or outside the whole day ,it is not reachable .They are completely busy 2The reception table is so low and there is a long table where 3 personal work there.It is so open . .Once the other clients showed their passports,I d cards /personal cards that required by the personal ,other clients, and can see them .Lack of privacy . It is good that respect each clients and protect their personal information when registering . 3.I saw one female personal gave the personal documents to the clients, the front of the documents are handed to the clients .The personal is trained to respect the privacy of each clients and faced down the documents to give back the personal documents to the clients . 4.2 to 3 personal have good performance ,the rest reception personal need to be hard working to be trained .As it is by the Regel Hotel .The standard should be much better 😉 Overall the stay in this hotel is satisfactory .

Dusty under the bed, cause bad coughing thru the night. Please do not just clean the surface only.

The hotel was okay. As expected, room has a very limited space but very functional. I rated 4 for cleanliness because we can see hand prints in the bathroom and the toilet has stains. We loved the lounge and the free water, coffee, and bread for breakfast. Location is very convenient to MTR, convenience stores, grocery, and restaurants.

Room size was really small and the toilet was so narrow we kept knocking ourselves while showering. There was no bidet in the toilet as well. There was no toothpaste provided instead there was some pellets you are supposed to chew first before brushing your teeth. Hotel service crew seems abit uninterested in his job during check in. We were woke up by drilling and construction noise early in the morning.. most hotels allows checkout at 12pm while this hotel check out time was 11am which was quite early. Toilet lights was flickering as well, really unpleasant. There are pros as well as location was near to the train station.

I love how clean the hotel lobby is. The hallways are scented, and even our room is 100% clean and sanitized. The location is beautiful. Also, the bed, pillows, and comforters were very clean and smelled awesome. Here is a picture of my son enjoying the room's coziness and the bed's comfort. He loves it, right? Near amenities such as restaurants, grocery and convenience stores. We even had a Mcdonalds there.
