The hotel was perfect. You don't have to go to another five-star hotel. The room is clean and the brunch is delicious! The hotel staff was very friendly. Especially, I left my phone in the taxi, and a staff member named Peter helped me a lot when I found it. Thank you very much.🥹🥹😍😍

Our hotel stay at the Arca was quite satisfactory. The room was quite big and there were three comfortable beds. The toilet is also very spacious and large, and allows for two shower rooms inside. The design of the room was quite smart, all in all. The location was okay, easily visible from the nearest station. The service was also very good, they even offered us a complimentary cake for my wife’s birthday as well as three complimentary drinks as an apology for the slightly delayed check-in. All in all, great hotel!

It’s close to the MTR station and mall. The service is quite thoughtful. The most important is the view of the room is also beautiful!

The hotel was clean and the staff was helpful.Unfortunately we couldn’t use the pool because of the typhoon,but the hotel stay was good. Close to the MTR which made it easy for us to travel back to China. The sunset hour was a bonus got to have a couple of Margaritas ☺️

The hotel is very clean, cozy. Facilities provided are good as well. Drinking water and coffee capsules are provided. Staying there give me a good rest. The staffs were polite and helpful. I recommend this hotel.

Close 6 minutes walk from Wong Chuk Hang station. Staff are very kind and presented a card and cake on my birthday. Nicely designed room, big bed, with a greeting message and comfortable background music from tv. Nice sea view. Well recommended and will come again.
