A nice hotel (by Hong Kong standards) in a good location. The rooms were quiet and clean. The staff were very friendly. The room is a little bit small but it’s enough if you don’t have a lot of luggage. The amenities were quite poor with even bottled water having an extra charge. It’s a shame because I would have given a 5 star review if it wasn’t for the stinginess.

We booked 3 standard rooms. All rooms at different level as according to staff only 1 standard room located at each floor. That’s fine for us.
Size of the room consider ok for Asian. Breakfast kinda simple consists of one type of bread, one drink and one fruit. We stayed 3 days everyday ibanana😂
Cleanliness good. Toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo and body wash provided.
Mineral water and drink in fridge are not complimentary, please take note.
It would be nice if the hotel receptionists were more warm and hospitable.

Great location and very central. The room will be a bit of a squeeze for two people with large suitcases however. It's sorta like those rooms in Japan. Cleanliness was good, water pressure good, breakfast each morning delivered to your room is such a great idea and it's a good start to the day. The staff are good. A man in particular was so nice, helpful and welcoming. The girl who checked me in was nice but I think she needs to be a bit less sassy. Otherwise all is good and I will stay again. Thank you

Small, cozy room. Near Metro, bus to the airport and port, where ferries from Macao come. Breakfast is brought in the morning:2 croissants , coffee or tea and banana. You need to order breakfast on the previous day.

well-appointed rooms and wonderful staff -- they accommodated our requests -- plus, of course, the location couldn't be better, in one of the best historic parts of Central -- the essential amenities too overall and comfortable beds

Hotel located in Soho district of Hongkong. Fast and professional checkin, staff was very friendly at the checkin counter. My suite at floor 17 smelled mouldy and a couple of moths were flying around. Breakfast service was at time and the staff very friendly.

Our room's kettle was not working, so we called the reception. Immediately, a housekeeping staff came to verify the matter, went to change the kettle and tested on the spot to ensure it was working. Thanks for responding quickly to our feedback.
Another incident that struck us was we forgot to take disposable chopsticks for the cup noodles that were brought from a convenience store. I called the reception to request chopsticks but did not have them, instead asked if the fork was ok, I gladly said ok. The staff not only brought a fork but also a plate as well. It was thoughtful of her.
Lastly, it will be good to inform about the walking space in the classic room, not just making a comparison between the bed and view before checking in.
To me, I visualize the classic room as small but still have enough walking space for 2 people between the wall and bed. It was only after entering the room, I realized it was really small. I didn't want to go through the hassle of changing rooms by doing the paperwork so decided to stay put in the classic room.
Overall, we had a good stay. Thanks for remembering to give us different breakfast set daily. The last day was the best as the food was served to us warm.
