Two segments ie mingle by the park is heritage while the star is modernist - rooms are small but adequate! I like the rooftop space as you see old HK in 80s. The restaurants are niche and good! There is wanchai park behind the hotel!

I loved my room with the little terasse, the area is quiet, but everything is nearby, the staff is very helpful, just the wifi could work better, but there is a projector and the bathroom is very nice.

The place is pretty nice with its price, and the perfect thing about it is the location.

Located at Wan Chai, one of the main living area at island. Since it was operated by renovation of old house, there are no evaluator at main living building and reception is actually ground floor of building nearby, but they try the best to make them connected by rooftops as public garden and bridge. They make very effective use for space, as there is a pillar at the middle of single room. anyway I think it is good enough for daily lives and the price. Recommended, if you do not need too much space with luxurious. Wish coming here again!

I stayed at Mingle by the Park in Hong Kong and was disappointed overall. The room was extremely small—barely enough space to move around. The sink was tiny, about the size of a hand. The air conditioner blew directly onto the bed, and because of the cramped layout, there was no way to reposition it. The interior felt very old and worn out. I found trash under the bed and saw cockroaches both behind the bed and near the fridge. The main building has no elevator, which made carrying bags up the stairs a hassle. Also, the walls are paper thin—you can hear everything from the neighboring rooms. On the plus side, the price was lower than most hotels in Hong Kong. It also had a narrow balcony and a small rooftop area with a few chairs and tables. The location in Wan Chai was convenient. That said, the conditions are so basic and rough that it makes more sense to stay at a hostel. You’ll likely get a similar setup for less money, and possibly a better social experience.

The staff are the pinnacle of hospitality. There is a common area work a microwave as well as computers. The rooftop is also lovely. Single room balcony is big but faces buildings Table is by the door, not ideal. Double room balcony faces the street but is minimal. Table is by the balcony. Rather pleasant as a workspace. Sound travels. No elevator. Slightly rustic but it adds to its niche almost shanghai tang retro vibe. A very special little gem.

Great spot. The room is great with a balcony and a roof top area to relax.

Room is small but the room I have chosen comes with balcony. Toilet is small but hot shower is consistent with good pressure. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. We were able to store our luggages before leaving. The location is good and lots of eatery nearby.

Okay room safe needed a gentleman to come up to the room and reset it before using and the bathroom door somehow managed to lock itself from the inside which required an elderly gentleman to come and unlock it with a screwdriver from the outside. However despite these small hiccups I've stayed in this hotel a number of times previously. I like the hotel and it's slightly run down charm, even if it may not be for everyone. Love the balcony as I only stay in those rooms. Excellent location though , close to everything and one of my fave places to stay on HK island

This hotel is typically small, as expected in Hong Kong, but it was clean, comfortable, and served the purpose to sleep in for a few nights. Location is very convenient. I was happy that it had a window!

Impressive veranda for the HK, was lucky to have the good rest in this small nice hotel in HK.

The room is too small and good for one person. Conveniently located near facilities, metro station, beach etc. Bathroom was very tiny but clean
