Everything was fine but the room was too small in Hong kong

Service good ..the staff veryking and smiling face😊the room nice and clean..very comfortable

This place is not that nice to stay with. Disgusting and smell of cigarettes in the room. Plus the linen is very dirty. Would not like to recommend this one.

The hotel was in pathetic condition don’t ever book this hotel the rooms was soo dirty and foul smell was coming from everywhere and there was no security guard noo sence of security moreover the hotel iss connected with many diff activities MY SUGGESTION IS A BIG NOO

It was not bad but if you dont check in before 11 you cant check in anymore

The twin room ,I was the bedsheets were not changed,you could smell the cigarettes smoke on pillow cases and there was hair on bed sheets. Other hostels they supply adapter in the rooms but this one don’t.The ceiling was leaking near the door.There is no hot water and I didn’t see the hair blower.The toilet doesn’t flash. No toothbrush just one drying towel. This hotel has good location nearby the MTR and some restaurants,banks etc. It also has a good window view.It does have tight security. The owner doesn’t respond fast to messages.

Pls tell to the lobby girl Give a little instructions about your hotel policy or any way to settle the customer problem it was a horible moment yesterday. Me and my 2 friends Total of 3people I book double bed room for 2 adults and i know it because im planning just add on what price of 1 person because we just need to put some ore luggage and other things and explain that we are not going to stay whole day because we stay whole night exploring hk .. but she only said "NO YOU CANNOT 3 PERSON IN 3 ROOM" (with an attitude tone) YOU CANNOT CHECK INN JUST CANCEL YOUR BOOKING, even though im willing to pay more for just a luggage stay whole night.. She didnt suggest large room and strongly advice me to cancel the book even i paid already online.. so nightmare yesterday. I decided to book other nearby hotel room just for her peace of mind.. my god Terrible experience

Near MTR and convenience stores, restaurants. OK for a budget room in the area.
